trousers Posted 12 June, 2009 Posted 12 June, 2009 Those who fail the fitness test will have to do an extra week's training. Those who pass will get a week off.... Come again? They should all be in training after last season's performances. Another week off? Good grief.

Set a date for pre-season training, set an extra fitness test week before so if anyone is not going to be at the level required for pre-season training they have to train for a week to catch up - sounds pretty good to me!

Our team need all the training they can get. They've all had 5 weeks off. Plenty IMO. So, yes, they can "win"....simply get them all in for training for the 'extra' week, not just the tubby ones.

redorwhitelion Posted 12 June, 2009 Posted 12 June, 2009 Seems a reasonable incentive to keep them in shape during the close season.
