Now watch Fergusson announce his retirement and we lose Strachan as he takes over as United manager in his place.

Talk about football musical chairs, only in our case, someones coated Superglue to the seat.

Buying Cristiano Ronaldo - £80 million

Wages per week - £225,000

Signing on bonus - £3 million

Future goal and assist bonusses - £1.5 million

The look on Manchester United fans faces next season when they realise they were in fact a one-man team - Priceless.

It is a waste of the precious internet.

Maybe we should talk about something else instead, so this thread can be useful?

On the way to work today I purchased a 33p can on AG Barr Limeade. It was rubbish.

I had some Rubicon Passionfruit fizzy pop...it was sweet

Just had a debate about this in the office. I think its pretty obvious Fergie would want to keep hold of him but I'm sure he would rather have £80m to spend than a sulky little sh!t not putting in a proper shift and having an adverse effect on the rest of the team.

Ferguson is no mug. He will simply change the way the team plays now. Probably sign Ribery, couple of wingers and another poacher of the van Nistelrooy ilk. I still expect them to be the team to beat in the Prem next season.

Allows him to build the team around Rooney as well...which can only be good for England

Now that would be some good business...

david villa nd rooney up front... that would be something..

add another attacker to the mix, they will have hargreaves back (for how long..?)

they also have those serbians they paid a fortune for. and nani MIGHT come into his own..

but they will need to buy one probably two BIG NAMES in the david villa mould

A lot of people are underestimating the potential for Berbs to come good as well...

forgot about him..

with him and rooney with A N Other my guess is that fergie will go back to the traditional 442(ish) style like he did with giggs and beckham on the wings

I saw a very interestingly named drink in the newsagents when I bought my paper this morning.

If only I had bought it or even remember what it was called , and then I could join in this thread.

Which paper did you buy?
