Weston Super Saint Posted 9 June, 2009 Share Posted 9 June, 2009 You won't find a space near Wembley unless you leave now! Do you not know about the tube strike??

hamster Posted 10 June, 2009 Share Posted 10 June, 2009 Any idea where I can contact him hamster? I didn't park outside UniS's house, we just found a space in that area. Could have got a lot closer but didn't realise until we'd already started walking. Here's a GoogleMap of the roads around there. Don't forget that the L2 play off crowd was only 53,000, it will be busier tonight. http://maps.google.co.uk Copy "bilton road wembley" into the search and it will show you the corner that you should aim for. The map shows Bilton Road, which is on the bus route for the 297 which stops at the top of Wembley Way. Coming back i woul give the bus a miss from outside the station as the roads are chocca for some time, better to walk the first mile at least. If you come off the North Circular (A40) at Bideford Avenue, then follow it into Aintree Road. At the end of Aintree Road is Bilton Road. Turn Right and if you are gonna walk take a maop or satNav, if not there isd a bus stiop across the road about 200 yards along. If Bilton road is full just swing around and park down aintree or one of the roads off of Bideford. Lerave yourself plenty of time and enjoy the match. Good Luck.
