If it was the pikey looking mong in the striped top hanging around one of those blue boxes near the top of the bridge at about half 4 then he didn't look like he had any intention of jumping.

Can of fosters in his hand, gobbing off to 2 kids walking over.

Luckily he didn't affect my journey home.

What normally can take me 20 minutes to get home, took me 2 hours stuck in traffic because of that commotion on the Itchen Bridge.

If i had got anywhere near the person threatening to jump,i would have pushed them off myself.

Next time can they do it at three in the morning?

I have NEVER seen the sand/dirt/whatever under Itchen Bridge, always water! FACT.

You really are thick.

Theres always water under the bridge but at low tide it is very shallow so anybody jumping will likely die. If they jump at high tide theres a chance they'll get pulled out by lifeboat.

i was affected by the idiot! I left work early to beat the rush caused by the northam bridge road works only to find the Itchen bridge closed off. It took me an hour to get from the small round a bout by the itchen bridge to the traffic lights by the prince of wales pub. Was quite funny hearing other ****ed off drivers shouting at the OB telling them to push him off and open the bridge.
