Take a look at this short video from PBS.

 

This is a program about a touch-table. It is Google-earth on steroid.

 

About half way in the video it shows the Iran 's nuclear facility and does an interesting thing.

Some of the software on show there is really impressive. Id imagine the table comes with all that software given the $59000 price tag? The tech in the table its self isnt all that impressive so not sure why it costs so much! I believe Microsoft has been pushing its own touch table for a year or so now, albeit with less impressive apps' than on show in that video!

Looks clever but can you imagine all the claims for back and neck injuries? Seeing as you would have to sit and watch it in the 'knocking one out' arched back posture. Not recomended for prolonged periods in my experience.

42" LCD with multi touch mounted on its back based on a PC running Google Earth and some other 3rd party apps.

 

Good, but not ground breaking really.
