benjii Posted 4 June, 2009 Posted 4 June, 2009 Is it unreasonable to suggest that he [and even she], should be doing his job properly without the intervention of a cricket conversation? Not at all, but a bit of pragmatism is called for in these situations.
Al de Man Posted 5 June, 2009 Posted 5 June, 2009 A tip: When speaking to an Indian call centre chap, engage him in conversation about cricket. He will ****ing love this and will do his job properly thereon.
