Another change to the way SFC is being operated. Sign up for a news letter

seems to be wanting to have a "new broom" feel

If it works well without the gushing propaganda from the previous regime , I may have to change my avitar....

Didn't use it very much before - will probably use it even less now... it looks naff, probably because it is.

looks like something has exploded on my screen.

It might be just me not liking change too much as I didnt like the last change but this one just seems pointless.

The only change I would have liked to have seen would have been a change in info being put up on the OS. Any info would have been an improvment!

Didnt the already running thread? How about reading the freakin board eh? **** me sideways...

Calm down mate - we missed it, whoopee doo, we are old, grey and slightly senile, hence not qualified to moderate like your good self. Apologies man, apologies...! ;)

What ever happend to the mobile friendly site that was released a couple of months ago? It looks like that has gone as well.

What a S h i t Website - come on Saints sort it out!

The only interesting bit (news) occupies a 3" x 2" square on my monitor.

The rest is adverts and pictures.....

Lets hope the new regime de-clutter (is that a word) it.

Now where is that thread on advice for the new owners

I have always hated other clubs website, the fact that you have an advert half way through the article is stupid, the old website wasn't great but at least it was unique, it's such a shame we sold out to Sky

Not really a biggie, is it? Who cares what the OS looks like, at least they don't charge a fiver to use it!

It didn't cost anywhere near that to produce FFS...!

when I go to www.saintsfc.co.uk it comes up in the top right hand corner "click here to enter saintsfc.co.uk" I click on that and a new page appears saying new site coming soon. Yet if I click on a link from another post ref Dyer it takes me to that page. Anyone else having same issue?

yep, probably need to delete the cache and try again maybe?

Since the launch of the new OS, I seem to have lost my RSS link. Can anyone tell me how to get it back again?

Doesn't seem to be an RSS feed, not that I can see. The sitemap is 'coming soon' so no joy there.

Generic, multi-user crap to go with our generic crappy-looking kit.

I agree with the above poster - come on Matty, have a word!

It's not really sky, it's Football League Interactive. When I was building Goalrun (http://www.goalrun.com) last year I got to visit their offices in Lancaster Gate and meet the FLi's CEO - we had a bit of a laugh about Southampton's then Chairman and talked about the fact that running an FLi website would be cheaper than our own (saints this is) so I was surprised that old red cheeks hadn't gone for it.

Anyway, lots of changes in the pipeline. I also got to lift one of the Premiership trophies as it was on a stand in a corridor. At least somebody with a Saints connection has! :-)

That's actually quite a good question, which players with Saints connections have got to lift the Prem League trophy. I can think of Shearer, Flowers, Kenna and Bridge. Any more?

In a similar vein, now that ESPN have remodelled the CricInfo site it's a nightmare.
