EastleighSoulBoy Posted 1 June, 2009 Share Posted 1 June, 2009 (edited) What sad news, as a Titanic 'buff' I was kind of hoping that she would be able to make the centenary. I have met all three ladies (Eva Hart, Edith Haisman & Millvina) a few times. Eva was a real feisty one, told me I was a 'stupid boy' once! While Edith was the quiet retiring one. Tiffin at 3 daily now ladies? God bless. Edited 1 June, 2009 by EastleighSoulBoy

Arizona Posted 1 June, 2009 Share Posted 1 June, 2009 R.I.P. End of an era I guess, although if you were stood on the deck of a sinking liner in the middle of the freezing Atlantic, and someone offered you another 97 years, you'd probably take it. I doubt at 9 weeks old she would be able to answer,I bet her stories of the night must have been interesting.
