I wouuld have thought that this is the case. Signing them up to new contracts that sfc limited has no current means of paying could result in grounds for wrongful trading resulting in the directors being potentially at risk of legal action.

Yes they have offered both players a new contract, but that is as far as it goes. I can almost say 99% that their agents are currently talking to other clubs trying to work out a better deal etc. The average wage in League one is about £900 - £1500 a week tops. So unless they get nothing else where, they will be here next season, but we all know how football works and I bet at leats one of them goes else where very shortly

In these difficult economic times, I'm not sure there are many of our squad who can earn measurably more money elsewhere.

I'm intrigued by the idea that if SFC offers new contracts and these are signed and accepted by the League then this is proof that the League accepts the club isn't in administration.

I'm no QC - but that strikes me as a potentially strong part of our appeal.

When is this club ever going to learn.

These bunch of idle waster's got us relegated to Div 1. If it was not for Kelvin we would have been relegated by Xmas.

We need a fresh start with a new squad and a new manager. Lets have a team we can be proud of and not a team that comes up short week in week out.
