I'm happy to say that if Jackson gets near any control over SFC I'm off.

The guy is a prize ***** of the highest order.

How can anyone forget those ramblings from a couple of years back? Beckham, 55,000 stadium, sell Jackson's Fam for millions etc.

staggered by some of what i have just read on this thread,

we are in div 3 , potless on the verge of being extinct and some are slagging off what looks like are only real offer.

realism has to kick in guys , there is no multi billionaire mooring his yacht in Ocean Village or landing his helicopter at SMS.

WE are just going to have to start building from within slowly like Ted did in the early 60's

Have you considered that wacko jacko and his tyre kickers might not have any real money as in the Bournemouth fisco?

Information regarding our prospective new owner Jack SCHITT.

WHO IS JACK SCHITT ?

For some time many of us ITKs have wondered just who is Jack Schitt? We find ourselves at a loss when someone says, 'You don't know Jack Schitt!' Well, thanks to my sawce, you can now respond in an intellectual way. MAY BE HARD FOR SOME POSTERS.

Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc. They had one son, Jack.

In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt. The deeply religious couple

Produced six children: Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.

Against her parents' objections, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced. Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock, and because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name. She was then known as Noe Schitt Sherlock.

Meanwhile, Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt, and they produced a son with a rather nervous disposition named Chicken Schitt. Two of the other six children, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt, were inseparable throughout childhood and subsequently married the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony. The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens nuptials. The Schitt-Happens children were Dawg, Byrd, and Horse.

Bull Schitt, the prodigal son, left home to tour the world. He recently

Returned from Italy with his new Italian bride, Pisa Schitt.

Now when someone says, 'You don't know Jack Schitt our new owner as from next FRIDAY,' you can correct them.

Sincerely,

Crock O. Schitt

Thanks Ottery - made me laugh. The funniest thing on here since the original Ted Bates statue! =D>

If they haven`t, Fry won`t accept any bid.

There comes a time in every deal when you look into the whites of the man's eyes (in this case Mr Fry) sign the contract and transfer the money - or you don't or can't. Ask Gerald Krasner. This will fall apart around Tuesday.

As regards prospective investors and their suitability this chap Nelson is putting in a bid for the Saints but I am not sure about his mental state.

I believe The Dell Days has served in the Royal Navy with both Hardy AND Nelson so he should know if Nelson really has the Wonga....I really wouldn't mind even if he is a little strange....As some say, beggars can't be ...whatever...

LORD ADMIRAL NELSON

>

> Nelson: "Order the signal, Hardy."

>

> Hardy: "Aye, aye sir."

>

> Nelson: "Hold on, that's not what I dictated to Flags.

>

> What's the meaning of this?"

>

> Hardy: "Sorry sir?"

>

> Nelson (reading aloud): "' England expects every person to do his or her

> duty, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious persuasion

> or disability.' - What gobbledegook is this?" Hardy: "Admiralty policy, I'm

> afraid, sir. We're an equal opportunities employer now. We had the devil's

> own job getting "England ' past the censors, lest it be considered racist."

>

> Nelson: "Gadzooks, Hardy. Hand me my pipe and tobacco."

>

> Hardy: "Sorry sir. All naval vessels have now been designated smoke-free

> working environments."

>

> Nelson: "In that case, break open the rum ration. Let us splice the main

> brace to steel the men before battle."

>

> Hardy: "The rum ration has been abolished, Admiral. It's part of the

> Government's policy on binge drinking."

>

> Nelson: "Good heavens, Hardy. I suppose we'd better get on with it... full

> speed ahead."

>

> Hardy: "I think you'll find that there's a 4 knot speed limit in this

> stretch of water."

>

> Nelson: "Damn it man! We are on the eve of the greatest sea battle in

> history. We must advance with all dispatch. Report from the crow's nest

> please."

>

> Hardy: "That won't be possible, sir."

>

> Nelson: "What?"

>

> Hardy: "Health and Safety have closed the crow's nest, sir. No harness; and

> they said that rope ladders don't meet regulations. They won't let anyone up

> there until a proper scaffolding can be erected."

>

> Nelson: "Then get me the ship's carpenter without delay, Hardy."

>

> Hardy: "He's busy knocking up a wheelchair access to the foredeck,

> Admiral."

>

> Nelson: "Wheelchair access? I've never heard anything so absurd."

>

> Hardy: "Health and Safety again, sir. We have to provide a barrier-free

> environment for the differently abled."

>

> Nelson: "Differently abled? I've only one arm and one eye and I refuse even

> to hear mention of the word. I didn't rise to the rank of admiral by playing

> the disability card."

>

> Hardy: "Actually, sir, you did. The Royal Navy is under-represented in the

> areas of visual impairment and limb deficiency."

>

> Nelson: "Whatever next? Give me full sail. The salt spray beckons."

>

> Hardy: "A couple of problems there too, sir. Health and Safety won't let the

> crew up the rigging without hard hats. And they don't want anyone breathing

> in too much salt - haven't you seen the adverts?"

>

> Nelson: "I've never heard such infamy. Break out the cannon and tell the men

> to stand by to engage the enemy."

>

> Hardy: "The men are a bit worried about shooting at anyone, Admiral."

>

> Nelson: "What? This is mutiny!"

>

> Hardy: "It's not that, sir. It's just that they're afraid of being charged

> with murder if they actually kill anyone. There's a couple of legal-aid

> lawyers on board, watching everyone like hawks."

>

> Nelson: "Then how are we to sink the Frenchies and the Spanish?"

>

> Hardy: "Actually, sir, we're not."

>

> Nelson: "We're not?"

>

> Hardy: "No, sir. The French and the Spanish are our European partners now.

> According to the Common Fisheries Policy, we shouldn't even be in this

> stretch of water. We could get hit with a claim for compensation."

>

> Nelson: "But you must hate a Frenchman as you hate the devil."

>

> Hardy: "I wouldn't let the ship's diversity co-coordinator hear you saying

> that sir. You'll be up on disciplinary report."

>

> Nelson: "You must consider every man an enemy, who speaks ill of your King."

>

> Hardy: "Not any more, sir. We must be inclusive in this multicultural age.

> Now put on your Kevlar vest; it's the rules. It could save your life"

>

> Nelson: "Don't tell me - health and safety. Whatever happened to rum, bum,

> and the lash?"

>

> Hardy: As I explained, sir, rum is off the menu! And there's a ban on

> corporal punishment."

>

> Nelson: "What about sodomy?"

>

> Hardy: "I believe that is now legal, sir."

>

> Nelson: "In that case........ kiss me, Hardy.

Just having a larf to lighten the load posters.

Exit2,

The chances of Jackson taking over our club are non existent.

Do you really think that they will raise the £14 million that Fry is demanding ?

Does anyone think that Leon would finance us in the anticipation of Jackson taking over ?

I don't think so.

ITK about nothing! Show me one prediction from an ITK on this forum in the last six months which has turned out to be true!

Anyone ITK on here is more likely being 'used' by their information provider - for what reason I have no clue, but it sure works and gets whatever message they want out there.

Now can we all pray that Wacko Jacko returns to selling photocopiers and stops believing he is a football saviour and Leon returns to being a fan, not a fan in the boardroom, leaving a totally unkown white knight to sail in and save us.

MJ is actually well over weight - in fact I told him he'd become a fat bastard

But again. Let your guys think they are fighting an overweight photocopier salesman - that was their first mistake.

How is the quality of loo roll in the council offices? They had any calls lately? Hope they didn't have to rush to the loo straight after.

Like I said Morph, IF your guys have a plan that doesn't mean carve up and another points deduction I'm with you as well, but it doesn't from your own post the other day.

Your man is an expert - FFS tell him to find someone that can help him buy the WHOLE club and fight the 10 points, not have too little and try and buy SFC Ltd for a pound, they're better than that

I can't help but wonder if there is something nasty in the books, some unquantifiable liability. At Portsmouth even after DD and takeover Milan complained bitterly several times that the club had cost him more than he had agreed at the time.

The fact that SFC (whoever is SFC now) wouldn't let the FL's independent investigator see all the documents coupled with the fact that two pinacle investors were 'afraid' of the clubs finances although they seem to have had the bid money suggests that something lurks there.

I still think your best hope is a late comer, i think you have just over a week for one to emerge. I expect Jackson's bid to falter or be reduced. Fry's eyelids should be truly blinking by then and he could be forced to drop the price. i think he has quite a lot of room to do this. If the price drops it could let 'Son of Pinacle in. It's all down to this week.

17% of clubs in administration are found to have financial irregularities, I expect us to add to that percentage. I am fully prepared to start next season on -25 points or worse.

Why?

Because I am realistic.
Realistic, sceptical, pessimistic etc etc, all words that amount to the same thing - you have no idea....and nor do most of us. Whatever your view of RL, I seriously doubt that there would be any serious financial irregularities while he was running the show, so if there are any it would have been while he was shooting ducks. Of course, it is just my more optimistic view on matters.

We were one apparently. Messrs Gregory and Venables had a public fallout(I mention this purely as a time reference) . When the club went into administration it was reported in the press that the police were called in. They said that money was missing but that it was impossible to establish who was responsible.

Remember the FL accountants found something in the books and Saints withdrew their co operation to them and wouldnt let them investigate?

As soon as I saw that, I thought there was something else that was dodgy and it was trying to be covered up.

Well you may be right - but I think you are talking complete nonsense. If they had found something dodgy then the FL would already know about it regardless.

I might not be ITK, but the thing is, I have constantly said that administration was a matter of if and not when, and it was only ever going to be a case of whether it was this season or next... as I said, not ITK, just taking my time to do some research.

As others have said, the club were quick to push the FL away when they started to look at the books.

Now I am not sure to what extent some of the financial irregularities are, but am quite confident that they will be there, whether it be they way money was being transferred between the Ltd companies or something else.

I also think there is very little possibilty of us coming out of this with a CVA, which will mean -27 next season, so let's hope there is no further cause for punishment, otherwise League 2 beckons, and all of a sudden, being in the Blue Square Premier doesn't seem that bad.

Oh we do, the Football League have already linked the two, the only use in Southampton FC Ltd not being in administration is that we can reform with ease and someone can buy it for a quid when it all goes Pete Tong.

The Football League already have called Lowes bluff and said that Southampton FC is run in every way by Southampton Leisure Holdings PLC and that Southampton FC Ltd is a dormant company with no assets, being supported by SLH

For trying to call their bluff, I fear that the football league are not going to be too sympathetic with us.

Might be an idea to have Stu as chairman he seems to think a policy of getting the FL on your side by cooperating with them is in the best long term interests of the club.

I think KP is looking at it in the eyes of Business Law, Southampton FC Ltd is not in administration, and cannot be put into administration, that is true.

However the FL have already decided that SLH are the ones with the assets of Southampton Football Club and as a result, if they do not pay off the 'preffered creditors' along the way, then no CVA, which means another -17

The best lawyer in the world is not going to be able to seperate Southampton FC with Southampton Leisure Holdings... therefore, no CVA = -17

meh, negative Stu strikes again.

Very true of course. They have stretched their own rules to meet these ( until now ) unusual circumstances, so they may well stretch them further. However, I think that if a CVA is required by SLH to avoid a further deduction AND we get a buyer then I think SLH will get a CVA. It is usually only HMRC that veto a CVA isn't it? I don't think HMRC are a major creditor of SLH based on what I have seen.

....he seems to think a policy of getting the FL on your side by cooperating with them is in the best long term interests of the club.
Not sure what posts you have been reading to draw that conclusion? I know he takes the view that we will incur more points, but I don't see any posts advocating sucking the FL collective dicks.

Exit2,

The chances of Jackson taking over our club are non existent.

Do you really think that they will raise the £14 million that Fry is demanding ?

Does anyone think that Leon would finance us in the anticipation of Jackson taking over ?

I don't think so.

Regards

Morph

and will Fry accept the 5m that salz has lined up? I beleive we have to hope Mj or another comes up with a better deal.If Im wrong then power to Salz.

Good God - one would think we are auctioning the crown jewels!!! Wake up and smell the coffee. We are broke and going out of business, and more importantly no one gives a feck - like it not ! The only realistic hope I can see at the moment is MJ and his crew.

But go ahead and slate him and when he is gone we can all moan and ***** to our hearts content - instead of watching the beloved Saints !!!!
