Smirking_Saint Posted 12 May, 2009 Share Posted 12 May, 2009 Cos they don't have real fans !! My mates a reading fan and apparantly loads of 'em are paying to be advertised in the echo and other local papers to try and steal our fans (cheeky ba$tards) Plus, they probably know they are already going out.... or if they do sneak it will get beaten by Sheff Utd. AndyNorthernSaints Posted 12 May, 2009 Share Posted 12 May, 2009 Glad Burnley are winning. Proper club with fans and tradition unlike the plastic JCL Reading fans.
Lets B Avenue Posted 12 May, 2009 Share Posted 12 May, 2009 Burnley (away) were the best side I've seen all season. Were robbed by Old saggy Twitch in the league cup S/F, so I'm glad they are 2-0 up. Both good goals Bye,bye Coppell?

Winnersaint Posted 12 May, 2009 Share Posted 12 May, 2009 LMFAO big time. Traditional 3rd/4th Division outfit, nothing more, nothing less. Kids and colleagues at school going to get serious stick tomorrow. Ha ha! I've lived here for nearly 30 years and I think I loathe Reading almost as those inbred F U C K E R S along the M27. Just stopped laughing at Chelsea last week, now can't stop laughing at Reading. Hob-Nob anyone?
Arizona Posted 13 May, 2009 Share Posted 13 May, 2009 Burnley for the Prem please. Although if the Blades undo the injustice of the West Ham affair, I wouldn't be too upset.

stevegrant Posted 13 May, 2009 Share Posted 13 May, 2009 To be fair to Coppell, he's done a fantastic job in the 6 years he's been there. They were an average Championship side at best when he took over, and it comes to something when the Reading fans are still whinging even though this season has been their 6th best in their history. What short memories. Rather ironically, they looked nailed on certainties for automatic promotion along with Wolves until we went to the Madejski and played them off the park - they've not really been the same since. Dicko Posted 13 May, 2009 Author Share Posted 13 May, 2009 Football supporters are a strange breed My Gran knows a bloke who's been a Reading season ticket holder for 30 years. He reckons supporters from those days preferred being a smaller club at Elm Park - the ground was more central to Reading and had a passionate, hardcore following. Has to of been the shock of losing to us a team who couldn't win a raffle the rest of the year.
Deppo Posted 13 May, 2009 Share Posted 13 May, 2009 Very charismatic manager. He's like a modern-day Clough.
