MOG, open your eyes. My eyes are open and so is my mind unlike yours. Nobody wanted WGS when we appointed him because he relegated Coventry. Suddenly he became a hero here. MJ is not in this on his own. He has NO MONEY. He is acting as a middle man/agent for those that may. If he is a chancer Fry will not deal with him. If Fry goes with his consortium it will be because he thinks that it`s the right one. Fry is a professional and will not have the wool pulled over his eyes. As I said, let`s wait and see.

If he is the only buyer then we HAVE to accept or we have no football club. On that basis he must have everyones support, unless you would rather not have a club?

I was wondering that too... what DID happen to SaintDavid? And there were some others too weren't there? Rhonda or something one of them was called if I remember correctly! Anyone know what happened to the other jokers? Are they involved with the MJ bid? Are they the owners of Pinnacle?(!) Are they members of this forum, but with different identities? As to what I think of MJ, while I have concerns like everyone, we are currently beggars and, like they say, beggars can't be choosers! In the first instance I care only that our club is saved. Beyond that, of course I want to see Fry doing a deal that is going to result in the possibility of us quickly starting along the long road of rebuilding the club - rebuilding us into a club that can begin to move upwards towards the Championship and then hopefully on to the Prem.

What I cannot accept is someone who toyed with the emotions of one club before being found out to not even have 100 grand to pay a deposit (cheque literally bounced) coming to do the same here. And I ABSOLUTELY cannot stand lies. The man claimed, on Meridian, he was a Scout for Saints, involved in the academy, and was involved in bringing current players to the club. Absolute and total BS. I will forgive/understand most things, but lying on the record like that....... His own boss and a business strategist? The man was declared bankrupt in 2004 and is presently unemployed. At least credit to Green and Jackson, they have put their names out there. Salz needs to put up or push off. And Pinnacle - if the Echo is accurate (which I doubt, knowing where their info is coming from) then the deposit is not an issue if you can prove funds. Their "consortium" feel apart if it was ever remotely real in the first place, but Lynam got his 2 minutes of fame.

I am told that Marc Jackson was sacked quite recently from his job at a local printer resellers company for conning them into a free trip to Dubai saying he was going to secure a big deal for the said company, when in fact he went on a jolly, apparantly looking for investment for a football club. Obviously this is an alleged allegation and I make no guarantees of its accuracy. The issue isn't about Jackson though. I have no idea if it is true or not but it's worth knowing and reminds us that whilst celebrating our club being saved, we have to be wary as well so that anyone who comes in can be as successful as they can be.

I think it is the selling concept, people like Jackson who go out to places like Dubai and sell the concept of the club to wealthy individuals. LLS may be quite good at that.
