A hopelessly rich ex-pat or descendent from an ex-pat whose family had a soft spot for Saints ?

I know, wishful thinking...:(

Could be - its the only plausible option I can think of.

The Echo is saying he pulled out when he heard there was another bidder, but reinitiated negotiations later. Unfortunately he has since lost one of the members of his consortium and is currently looking for a new "moneyman".

This guy is certifiable...

Got to give the guy credit...

He formulates his plans

Does his homework

Makes his move.........

Then thrashes around manically hoping someone will pay for it all.

I think we should have a Lowe or Jackson poll thread.

I vote Rupes.

No need Rupes is the puppet master, MJ is one of his puppets!

seriously jackson is an incompetent fool, like Duncan says we should be very concerned about him and st david.

They are nothing but delusional mental cases.

Convenient for them that all the sh|te they posted on here was lost when the forum crashed

I still have a couple of PMs!

Fry will sus MJ out in no time.

Really ???? clearly he is at advanced negotiations, so either MJ has genuine backers or has hoodwinked a seasoned pro in his field ?? would add again, if Fry has failed to dismiss, as some call these tyre kickers, then it is Fry who has failed and should be held wholly accountable if valuable time has been wasted

Here's a concerning post from the Bournemouth board about MJ. Prophetic?

At least they are still trading your "contacts" couldnt even pay the cheque.

And if it wasn't for you acting like a **** during admin sport-6 might not have got the club in the first place.

I dont like what sport-6 (savi) is doing currently but if someone like Marc Jackson thinks he can question them then sorry I have to put my foot down on that.

I have just been reading another Saints forum and it mentions the name 'Stuart Green' as being behind some bid not this Jackson guy.

Which Saints forum was that TNT?

Could you provide the link please?

Thx

You were quite protective the other day about the bid on the table, but I can't imagine you being protective of a Marc Jackson bid.

Now you're implying there is something in the wind which is neither MJ or MLT. So is there a third bid (possibly the first bid that actually went in) which unlike the other bids is actually honouring the NDA?

Inquiring minds want to know!!!!!

The bid I knew about was the same one Weston was sure wasn't MJ.

The protective bit was talking about potential as opposed to actual and delaying the process.

It seems we are no further forward, however groups that seek publicity in takeover situations almost never complete, conversely the successful buyer usually comes out of the blue.

I believe that could well be the situation, whilst the two parties are using the press, Mark Fry is making no comment, which makes me think the real buyer is neither of the above.

Its actually suggested by Slick Mick on this thread and is a name I have seen before on this forum. Not sure if it is the same Stuart Green formerly of Centreprise who left last month. IT consultants are not what we require. Much better Green candidates out there if they could be persuaded.

Bring on the Pledges as 2-2 = zero.

I was thinking along different lines, if Saint77 is Marc Jackson.

icon1.gif paul allen

had nothing to do with me .....the due dilligence was carried out by a consortuim from the channel isles.

And they decided the club was so weak they should wait for it to go pop and pick it up for a song.

But the due diligence was done in march and it didnt have to be notified because we werent in a bid situation at that time.

Paul Allen was introduced by the other guy you all keep pulling apart Stuart Green who has all the microsoft contacts through centerprise international where he is a director

Interesting what he lists as his greatest achievement.

Seriously this made me laugh

What would be your advice to anyone starting a career in IT? Honesty and integrity will take you wherever you want to go.

The only people I know who've got anywhere in IT have done it through plagiarism and bull****ting.

Us honest and integral workers get shat on by those ****ers

Or was it Trican?

You're rght, it was trican sports and leisure.

Sorry, I was partly joking. There was Trican and Tricon, and I think it was in certain people's interests to muddy the waters between the two.......

CharlieMiller (you are reading this?)- tell us what you know about Stuart Green as you advised Baj to contact him and said he would understand the server issues as he read this forum now and again. Charlie were you the one who kicked off expensegate recently? All very curious and what a tangled web we weave.

With respect to Stuart Green he doesn't appear to be a in position to take over Basingstoke Town IMO although at least he will be able to help out with an IT upgrade.

Green money? Doesn't appear to be that much as in 2006 he still had aspirations to be a millionaire so something somewhere has gone very right for him.

I thought this was quite good - even taken into context the question was asked 3 years ago. Hopefully he has achieved it and more.

What would be the title of your autobiography? One Day I Am Going To Be A Millionaire.

The fact that it was only dissolved three days ago may give those ITK a clue......

Please explain the relevence?

I did think it a bit odd.

Give some thought to the due diligence the Administrator ALSO has to do on bidders......... history..... relevance..... associations

Seems odd that the Echo are now saying that Jackson was shocked yesterday to discover there was a rival bid, believed to be Pinnacle, when it has been on here and in the press about a week!

I see that the company he just left had two years from hell, as far as their financials are concerned. Centerprise International lost a total of over £4M in 2006 and 2007. Interestingly, I can't see Stuart Green's name as a director on the 2007 accounts. Maybe there's another Centerprise International, based in Basingstoke....

What is it about Saints attracting these chancers with no cash or whop have already lost loads in other business ventures?

It's Stuart Green, formerly of Centerprise. As is Marc Jackson.

Reading the bournemouth fans forum its clear that these two are merely 'middlemen' types. I dont know about Green but clearly this Jackson guy is as others have said a bit walter mitty.

The trouble is though Foxtone Jacko is a complete fantacist. Even if he's managed to cobble a bid together i can't see there being any funds left over.

If he's all there is then so be it, bit if there's a choice then please god don't choose him.

We don't agree on much, but christ we agree on this. In fact I agree with everyone that has heard of this lunatic (apart from Bazza the briefcase) because we all agree - NO NO NO NO NO NO PLEASE GOD NO.

To be honest, the more I read the more I feel sick. If this is indicadive of the quality of offer that that this (once) great club has attracted then I feel very very sad tonight.

It's like vultures feeding on the remnants of a carcass.. shocking really...!!
