What I have been told is; First channel island pair were written off by Fry as chancers/seeking publicity. first offer (and only at that stage) was MJ one expected imminently from MLT and is seen as favored. I am confused about how many others may still be in with a shout??! 2 overseas mentioned in press today? The people Weston met who are clearly outside of this hence him writing this off Derry's???

In good faith and never wrong before - but would never put my mortgage on here. Don't know huge amount but put it this way - 100% better success rate than Morph's info! I do know a little bit more about overseas ones but would rather not say yet. Nothing sinister but I was fairly confident that there could be many sources of a leak re MJ but not so sure about this group!

The way it was written in the Echo "11th hour bid" makes be think it is 3rd on the table and not 1st (which would tie in with WS and Derry).

We have to face upto the fact that we are close to Armageddon. If Jacksons bid is the preferred (?) then we have to hope it is right. it must have cost a large amount of money to get where we are and so it wont be case of lets phone up 'to have a laugh' If theo ther consortium is Salz cousins etc they have had a year to get it together and have been quite late in moving. Iam seriously worried that things are goig pearshaped at speed.
