I am getting out for my lunch now to ensure the necessary 3 hour gap between food and exercise... contemplating what I should eat.... as I've left my drinks at home I'll have to buy some of those too.

I wrote an email to V Water the other day asking them to "cease and desist" from making more of their orange and mango drink...this morning i received my 4 bottles of different flavours so i can give them some feedback! That'll do me i think... As a first letter of complaint i'm pleased with the result...may have to do some more of that...

Given the intense and specific nature of my pre-match prep you'll no doubt be delighted to hear that the new Wetherspoons in Eastleigh failed to meet my dietary requirements at lunchtime and gave me a refund and eventually a free (but half cold) meal, following my own efforts at complaining. I do now have 8 bottles of Powerade thanks to a Tesco deal on multipacks though, so not all of the pre-match is going awry. PS Facebook tells me Stevegrant is at home awaiting a parcel, you'd better hope that's not your socks!

The ref had to be compensated extra to alter his flights allegedly. Seriously though fella, it is supposed to be available soon on DVD for a fiver a copy I think, although i will run a few off at work and under**** them fsure.
