I'm going to say, "No".

Try convincing the players that chucking the game, plus a few quid, is the best thing for them.

No way - it's almost as if we are trying to find crumbs of comfort to ease the pain of what was a disasterous season. Taking the 'positives' from a game we lost - ok, but trying to hide the cracks by saying we threw the game - I think not.

What kind of nonsense is that?

They asked Wotte to show that he could win the game if he wanted to? Bloody hell, if only someone had thought of asking him to do that before, he could have been showing us for ages, or have we been cleverly avoiding paying win bonuses all season?

As for saying that Wotte knows who the new owners are and that they gave the instructions? You clearly haven't noticed this but we don't actually have any new owners yet, so he's been pretty silly if he's listened to some blokes who have turned up and given him instructions to lose the game.

This is the dumbest thread so far.

Well I don't think it was deliberate, but when I saw the names for the bench it was pretty obvious that they were going to get some playing time in a last match of no real consequence.

It was Gasmi's last chance - which came to nothing, and he's gone anyway.

Ollie Lancashire had another short outing in the back four and though I haven't heard anyone blame him for goals no.2 and 3, it's no surprise to me as I really don't think he's up for it ..(yet).

Gobern has already impressed and his short run-out was a sort of a reward.

The overall effect of three late substituitions and conceding 2 goals was predictable, and deliberate or not...it saved us extra pay-outs.
