ladysaint Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 that news about any takeover/investors is now due or even a cut off date. I remember reading Mark Fry saying that he was hopeful that he would have some definitive news for us before we played our last game at Forest, but that didnt happen and it all seems to have gone very quiet.
The Incongruous Monk Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 Football League rules require us to be out of Admin by the second Saturday in May or we could face further sanctions (including removal from the league).
bridge too far Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 Football League rules require us to be out of Admin by the second Saturday in May or we could face further sanctions (including removal from the league). That begs the question about who is in admin again, doesn't it

sidthesquid Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 I reckon we will know a lot more by next Sunday. I thought it was always Fridays
TNT Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 I think within the next 3 or 4 days as there is clearly no money to pay any bills.

saintalan Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 Documentation here btw: http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/PublicationsDetail/0,,10794~634054,00.html Check out the "Insolvency Policy" section Not wishing to be picky, but that document refers to those wishing to be admitted to the FL, not sure if it applies to teams already in it and in danger of being thown out. Nineteen Canteen Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 That begs the question about who is in admin again, doesn't it Not really because the football league have made their decision by deducting 10 points - at least that's my take on it and as far as I know we haven't lodged a legal appeal, or have we? To much disinformation and about time a summary of the situation was published on the OS or are they continuing the pretence that the FL are wrong and therefore cannot comment on the sale of the holding company even though they use to report on its finances? Confused? I am.
Junior Mullet Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 I thought it was always Fridays For all intents and purposes it will be! lol, you gotta love Saintsweb Fridays
Plumstead_Saint Posted 5 May, 2009 Posted 5 May, 2009 The Sunday Times claimed that the wages are paid on the 3rd Thursday of every month - £500,000 in total - and so that would be the deadline for SFC to be bought or fold.
