i was not going to re-new after all what they done for non season ticket holders, but with the right owners and a good price i will be as will 7 around me

Similar story for me.

I have been saying since Christmas that I won't renew but now if the right people take over and the price is right I will find the money to renew.

Indeed, I'd imagine there will be a lot of games next season that will be dependent on how many away games people have been to, some of the allocations we'll receive will be quite small...

Brighton - 900

Bristol Rovers - 1,100

Leyton Orient - 1,000

Northampton - 800

Leyton Orient can, and do, give the whole side to away fans though, if there is the demand. The terrace at Bristol Rovers holds 1,100, but the seats behind the goal are given to away support too.

Can't wait until March Madness......Oh damn!!

How about May Madness?

As long as ol' cherry chops doesn't weasel his way back in, our two season tickets will be re-purchased after a year hiatus. Don't give a hoot about the cost, I'll be there.

I'll renew, as will the missus and my mum.

I'm guessing that there's a difficult pricing decision here. In that, say, 5,000+ fans would probably renew even if the prices were to go up. I'd probably be willing to pay somethign mad £500 for a season ticket, even in League One.

But the problem is how to "milk" the hardcore, whilst trying to take advantage of the stadium's huge capacity. There's a lot of folks who may come along if tickets are around a tenner, but would'nt think it worth it otherwise, or can't afford to.

Some would say that any empty seat is a waste, but - of course - the more you cut prices, the more you are reducing the money that you're raking in from the hard-core/affluent fans.

My solution?

Given the likely further collapse in corporate support, because of the wider economic position, not just our diminished league status, we should release the (extensive) spare capacity in the corporate suites for those STHs willing and able to pay a bit more.

I'm not going to pay £500 for a season ticket, if I can pay £15 a game. But I might be willing to cough up £500 if this entitled me to, say, six games in corporate hospitality through out the season.

After the traumas of the last couple of years I am hoping to be able to get an over 60 and a junior. Then my 5 yo can learn to love this club as I do. Took him to 4 this season and thankfully he doesn't yet seem overly concerned about the fact that he has yet to see us win. The whole day with a horde of similarly clad fans and the treats are doing it at the moment. Colour is so important to him.

Bit premature matey! There has to be a football team to follow and stadium to sit in before season tickets can be thought about. Neither looks likely at the moment so talk of ST's is nonsense.

You will not need ST's in the Wessex League or Blue Square.

might guarantee a ticket for ebbsfleet away...

I can't wait to renew for my second season and (hopefully) see us win a few more games. I'll go whoever is in charge. Agree with the prices someone has put on this thread as well as the bit about paying a bit extra to go in corporate. Or maybe they could give STs a voucher for a match in corporate when they pay the normal ST price.

It would be great to see some good incentives from the new owners, to encourage high attendances this season and reward those with gaurentees for season 10/11, when we could (be positive!!) be back in CCC.

E.G. £15 per game, advance purchase, (£20 on the day) for all except Under 16's which could be £10 (or £15)

Season Tickets could then be say £253 for all (saving at least £4/game) or £138 for U16's (saving at least £3 per game).

The gauranteed prices for ST's could then be "the same" if still in L1 or "plus £69" (£3 increase per game) if in CCC. Not even going to contemplete the worst possibility!!.

Anyone who buys tickets on a game by game basis next season could be gauranteed MD prices at "the same" in L1 or "£5 off" in CCC, for as many games as you went to in season 09/10.

Only one of my group isn't renewing but i'm hassling a couple of mates who are thinking about renewing.

If we get a positive investor in who looks like he's going to take the club forward then I don't think 10k ST sales is out of the question. If people renewed when they knew Lowe was going to be back in charge then I don't see any difference now we're playing at a slightly lower level.

Just hope the ST prices are a bit more in line with the rest of the division, £250 would be great although around £300 is what I expect.

However IF Rupert comes back I won't be renewing again.

I did not renew last season for various reasons including the fact that rosy cheeks was there so I will put my money where my mouth is and come back. I cant wait till we know who the new owners are and when we start. (It would be handy for a few more clubs to go into admin like Stockport though)

I'm just going on what http://www.footballgroundguide.co.uk says & from previous experiences on visits to these grounds. The terrace at Bristol Rovers holds 933 according to their OS whilst seating for away fans is 265 (can be increased for cup games) so just under 1,200.

Well never had a season ticket before but as long as Lowe doesn't appear then I'll be buying one for me and my daugther.

If Lowe is there no money will leave my wallet for his wages, and i'll do what i did for most of this year either listen on the radio or travel to way games.

If theres no club then theres no football as I couldn't back another team.

I didn't renew last season because I wasn't going to spend that much upfront following two seasons of - well let's say if I'd been served that up in a restaurant I'd have sent it back and expected a free meal and a refund.

Once things are sorted out I hope to buy our tickets for next season.

If whoever takes over really want's to make friends and influence people I suggest they offer tickets at £200 for one month to anyone that wants to buy them (£100 concessions) - that would get the stadium over 50% full and put the "Spirit" back in our club. Obviously they'd have to bankroll the season but I think it would be worth it.

here's just a quick question which someone will hopefully be able to answer

Do away ticket sales profits go to the home or away club

say for example, it's millwall v saints at the new den, and saints get allocated 1,000 tickets (nice round number), would saints keep the money they make from the ticket sales or do millwall?

Millwall.

ahha right, well in that case, for everyone that won't get a ST if he-who-must-not-be-named returns, why don't you do what I plan on doing *****il jan 2010 before i head to USA for my studies) and go buy a ticket for saints away games, that way you get to see saints, and no money goes to him

just a plan and I know people have commitments etc but it might work

Me and the wife, no doubts for renewal, couldnt call ourselves fans if we didn`t, our club needs us.

Whoevers in charge, whatever division, as long as I breath, saints till I die.

The last few years have been painful.

The next few years will show how big the club really is.

Keep the faith.
