You think.

Does his business sound familier :

Beware the asset stripper

My bet would be as that of Duncan, with Salz now at very long odds, unless he can combine with another consortium with access to geater funds.

All IMHO of course

Have you any thoughts on who it might be Morph!

my favoured punts - Salz, Scott are I think now bringing up the rear.

Dennis Roach has not been ruled out yet but I think there is one big one left who we all would like but I haven't a clue who it is. Those NDAs are holding firm.

I'm fishing here but, if it's the big one we would all like, how do you know this if you do not know who it is?

You'll have to await until tomorrow for the next exciting installment.

TBH I really don't care who buys us, or whether we've heard of him before.

I just hope with these articles about missing money or worries about fines and pitch invasions, nothing comes along that throws a spanner in the works.

This whole Stewart WGS thing doesn't go away though, so maybe I'll have a bullfrog on them so to speak

Neither does Abu Dhabi/Dubai.

Poor try Morph, must do better. Trying to blow out someones elses candle doesnt make your burn brighter.

I have no idea whether Ratcliffe is involved in anyway, personally I doubt it. However he isnt an asset stripper. He normally buys up legacy plant, old technologies from blue chip companies and runs them for cash. Highly leveraged certainly, but not an asset stripper. If anything he keeps open slightly dodgy factories which should have been closed years ago.

OK, I stand corrected.

the administrator said it was a household name, the only one who has been mentioned in all the rumours is Rod and Gordon. We'll be Sailing if that comes off.Lol.

Think about it WGS stays in contact with RL (supposedly get on still) Lowe gives him the headsup how we are a bargain (Scottish, likes a bargain) Rods mate is gordon who fancies to buy a football club (asupports Scotland and likes a bargain) WGS is still adored by fans, I have Rod Stewarts greatest hits on vinyl and Im a saints fan.It all fits into place, time to go down the bookies

So thats Mr Hall, Mr Kitchen, Mr Bedroom? all household names, maybe Mr Carpet or Mr Floortile?

Like most I seem to spend any spare time looking on Sky, the Echo the official site and here just hoping the news will break and that we have finally been saved and that you know who (a household name that only brings out the worse sentiment) is finally out of the picture, speaking of which perhaps the new owners could send the train pic to him and forget to put a stamp on it!

I know salz&goodenough are involved in 1 of the 2 bids but it comes down to funds which would cover the purchase but not a hell of alot more. Still their heart is in the right place. The other/s

no idea hopefully exiting which some are aluding to but will believe it when I see it.

Slight snag being that Rod Stewart is alledged to be a tight ar-e, he should be Welsh :D

I saw a happy looking Mark Fry leaving a conference room at the Grand Harbour this evening.

I peeped round the door to get a glimpse of our new board and managed to take this picture on my mobile.....

Incorrect. Salz has not made a bid, nor is he in due diligence.

I'm hoping that the rather ridiculous Stewart/Strachan story has legs. It hasn't but one can dream.

I thought this was an absolutely beautiful story... one of the best I have heard to date. Was your source the same as mine I wonder?

I must admit that I never heard him say that (I have tried to hang on to his every word BTW) but within the football world surely Souness is a household name ??

For me, his consortium has to be one of the favourites !

Stuart Green from Centerprise (or was as he resigned a few weeks back) and has apparently been in with Mark Fry, which also means Marc Jackson will be involved some where
