For me it's simple. SLC WAS A PLC, they owned SFC. They were not a private company as such, and many rumors of wrong doings, have been whispered around the city for years. Now Guys and Gals, look around you, look at where the club is...........I am for one, Ferk*ng mad:mad::mad:, so yes, I bl**dy well do want to know what went on. I want fact and Fiction sorted out, and I want to know who done what..........Kiss and Tell, Bring it on!!

Agree with this assessment, and I reckon Lowe is thorough enough that it is with him personally as well as SFC / SLH

Surely for it to be binding it has to be part of a contract where there has been consideration on both sides. The consideration would have been given by the parties to the contract - presumably SFC or SLH - which brings you back to whether the new owners (should there be any) of SFC/SLH could be bothered about what ex-employees said about an ex-shareholder/chairman/chief exec/control freak.

Frank - I am not talking gossip or mud slinging just the truth! Sorry if that is a bit old-fashioned but when your football club goes into administration I think the fans have a right to know exactly how it happened.

Fair enough, Dunacan, but I dont think the revelations will be that different to what is already kinda known... just personal things.
