1976_Child Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 What is far more discracefull and embarrassing is how we sold out for the FA cup game against Man U this season but not in our hour of need (various home games this season including today)!! agreed. benjii Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 So called "Saints Supporters" who only attended the Man U home game this season are the real "scum" Yeah, they are terrible people. If I had to chose between: a) violent pathetic sad men with nothing to offer apart from their waste-of-space progeny; and b) people who take an opportunity to star-gaze at some of the world's best footballers; then clearly it's b) that are the scum. Scum.

SFKA South Woodford Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 So let me get this right. Certain people are quite happy to stay in their seat but because the nasty policeman cam along with his doggy they all thought it made it a good idea to storm the pitch. Superb. And to all the people smashing up the advertising hoardings and whatever else they could get their hands on as souveniers, are you completely f ucking stupid? THe club is skint, broke, and you go and cost it more money. Inspired. Morons. Exactly, it makes those doing all they can and those giving money they can't really afford to the club to keep it going for the future generations, look like right bunch of mugs. Why are we bothering to try to save our club? If those tw*ts who ran on the pitch, are just going to do all they can, to scupper that good work. I fear these people have today cost our club very dearly, in fines, increased policing, further points deductions from the football league and the repairs needed for the damage they have done. They have also possibly now blow our hopes of a takeover taking place. It was absolutely ridiculous moronic behaviour.

rallyboy Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 must say a special thank you to the Pompey fans who paid a few hundred quid to go in the Burnley section today. At a time when we can't afford to hire a coach to get to Forest, their financial support could make the difference between us having a club and not. When their hour of need comes I am not sure I could be as supportive as they have been and put money into the black hole that is the Fratton finances. They really are thick. Griffo Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 Children and women should not be at football in the first place. Some women that go are genuinely quite passionate. The ones that go with a handbag, for instance and generally do **** all are the ones that shouldn't be there. The kids comment is ****ing stupid, however. How do you propose that we get people to start supporting the club? By the time they've got past childhood kids have got a club to support, meaning our fanbase would just drop. St Chalet Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 idiots. Some players were unable to give fans a proper farewell. Anyone remeber what happened to Leeds after their fans did something similar. FINE. We cannot afford to lose money, also how will it look to some of our potential new investors. We really have some morons at out club and then nicking stuff. Fair enough end of the season and we stay up but no, just a chance for some big men to try and give it large. Will that apply to the football club or the PLC? I am sure the league will make it up as they see fit.

jawillwill Posted 25 April, 2009 Share Posted 25 April, 2009 I can't believe people are blaming this on the police. There were clear "On ther pitch" chants for the final 5 minutes coming from the Northam/Kingsland...did you expect the police to ignore that. Saying it is disgraceful to have unmussled dogs is a load of rubbish. a) What be the point in muzzled ones? b) If you didn't go on the pitch it shouldn't effect you anyway. I felt quite proud of the Saints support today at first (especially the reaction after Burnley's first goal), but was simply embarressed at the end. Sitting on the train next to a load of yoof telling tales about what they got up to all day didn't help either. I honestly don't know what people were trying to achieve.

Shame on you for stereotyping ;-) no. Brighton is ok. we have good buses here. (why did I feel it necessary to mention that??) but there a lot of airy-fairy hippee-twazzucks here, all wandering around with vapid expressions and empty heads and with their trousers halfway down their butts so the world can see their underpants. reminds me of Guildford. We will be stronger and storm Div 1. We were supposedly meant to storm this league after slipping out of the Premiership and yeah it didn't take us long to get out - unfortunately were going via the back door. We've heard it all before - 'we'll walk this (that, whatever...) league' - but unfortunately, a bit like some of our fans today, we can talk the talk but we cannot walk the walk. Clapham Saint Posted 26 April, 2009 Share Posted 26 April, 2009 For me, the behaviour of our so called fans was even more disappointing than going down! As fans we can't dictate what goes on on the pitch but we can held responsible for our behaviour. Every fan knows we are desperately trying to find a buyer for the club and we pride ourselves on being a frinedly, family club. Any potential buyers watching the scemes after the match would realise that a small minority of our supposed fans don't even deserve a club. Absoultely shameful. +1. Am shocked.
