Not something I normally bother with, too many grey hairs...

BUT today, I'm out and proud. I don't care for the Football League rules, I don't care for our recent Chairmen, I don't care about jibes from other fans, I love this city, I chose to live here, my children are growing up here, this is my town, I'm proud of it, and everyone else can whistle.

Shirt on. I want the world to know I am a Saints fan.

And like trousers, I will probably cry at some point this afternoon.

I got ridiculed the other day for saying the wigs and pompoms will be out again - and do you know what I don't care! I might be a Georide by birth but I'm a Saint at heart and my daughter and I will be there and if we are thought to be fools then I pity them that think it. This town without it's football club is a place without a heart !

I don't often post on here, but I was inspired by the opening post. Refreshing not to read about who is to blame, who is a better fan, who sings the loudest and who's a tosser etc.

No more fighting the damage is done, although invariably it could get a lot worse, it may well be that things will get better from here.

Lets deal with it, and be PROUD SAINTS

Good on you wearing your colours!

I havnt cried since the last game of last season, but that was because it was all or nothing that day - and I just couldnt cope haha. This year we know where we are so im a bit in different about today. All I know is its my last chance to rock out in the northam for like 4 months, so bring it on!!

Read this before setting off for the match and agreed.Convinced me to do likewise.

I'm gonna wear mine to the cinema (if i go) later. I meat even stand on my chair and sing OWTS, throw popcorn in the air and let it bounce on my face!!

Probably passes as acceptable behaviour in Yate !;)

Three years on.

Somethings have changed.

A few more grey hairs, not sure I fit in the colours anymore, might have to buy a new one in a hurry in the morning.

I still don't care for FL rules, but I do care about our chairman. Still dont care about jibes from other fans, and I still love this city......

My children are still growing up (fast) here and I do so much want the world to know I am a Saints fan.

I can't speak for Trousers, but I fancy a tear will flow before Saturday's over.

Sorrow to joy in 3 years.

Thank you Markus, we owe you big fella.

There's at least one black Friends Provident Saints sweatshirt being flaunted within spitting distance of Bloomfield Road as well ;););)

And, today I am wearing........my black Friends Provident sweatshirt, which later this afternoon will be proudly worn out and about in Blackpool.
