I can't doubt that some of the young players have been going out there and actually trying, the problem is they're not good enough for the Championship. Surman and Skacel, two players who have given sod all this season.

Surman has been woeful during the latter part of this season.

I have heard tales of him out in Bournemouth at lot during the week with a few other "talented"players.
