Mr X Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 After a shocking peformance at wednesday and news of our relegation do we deserve something back? or are the players not responsible?
oxfordshire_saint Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 They owe us big-time. Too many have taken this club for a ride, they now have a duty to try and pull off the miracle and ensure we get the deduction off of this season's total. Sadly, I think the only thing motivating them will be the opportunity to put themselves in the shop window, rather than caring about the club.
Saint in Paradise Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 I wonder if they agree, care or just take the same line as Mr Lowe ie "Not my fault people"
brightspark Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 As much as it is needed to try and start next season on a clean slate, Burnley will be up for it, Wotte will blame it on the off the pitch stuff, and the team will fall apart and get comfortably beaten. I hope im wrong...
lordswoodsaints Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 they owe us a lot more than they are capable of delivering but they are just a small part of a long queue of idiots who owe us.
eelpie Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 I wonder if they agree, care or just take the same line as Mr Lowe ie "Not my fault people" "Not my fault" has been the club's motto for too long. From top to bottom.
Greenridge Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 It would seem that Wotte has struggled with trying to motivate the team on a weekly basis and now with the rug effectively pulled from underneath them I don't see any reason why he should be able to change that trend.
Scudamore Posted 24 April, 2009 Posted 24 April, 2009 I'm pretty sure yesterday will have sucked all motivation out of the goons... The celebrations for staying up on the last day of the season were something else... Working your arse off to make sure the team doesn't incur a ten point next season when you are seriously looking to jump ship at the end of the season...can't see it somehow... I like to see the best in people in general...footballers on the other hand are in the main greedy, moronic and out for number one...
