I grind my teeth....

A couple of months ago, Mrs Mars woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me to stop grinding my teeth.

 

Now, I wasnt aware that i did this during my sleep, but as soon as she said it I knew that this was the explanation of years of jaw / head aches.

 

The last couple of mornings I have woken up feeling that i have slept with my head in a vice all night and its starting to really p1ss me off.

 

Does anyone else have this problem?, did they do anything to sort it out?, can the doctors / dentist do anything

I knew a girl who had this problem and in the end the dentist had to have a special gum shield made like boxers use to cure the problem.

My sister had this problem. She's had to get a crazy brace thing fitted. It's see-through though, so you won't look like that one out of All Saints.

ive recently been told that apparently i do this too. although its never been an issue with any girlfriends past

 

would explain problems ive had with my jaw in the past though. and a cure/help might be quite useful actually
