Give it to Ron Posted 22 April, 2009 Share Posted 22 April, 2009 I used to park in M&S for Rosebowl matches but then got warned away by the parking warden. Last Sunday I paid the £7 to park outside the ground which for all day isn't bad but does anyone know of anything cheaper..don't mind a bit of a walk. bridge too far Posted 29 April, 2009 Share Posted 29 April, 2009 Does anyone know what the arrangements will be for the Aussie ODI match in September? We've got tickets but we've never been to the Rosebowl before (we're not local). On the website it talks about parking for regular matches but says nothing about the ODI. Where does the Park & Ride go from and does it run all during the match or just at the beginning and end? Any info gratefully received

Any info gratefully received Park & Ride goes from Burseldon (Where Away Fans Park) Or to Juntion 5, Wide Lane. At least it did last year for Finals day anyway. Parking around West End will be severly Restriced. You can park in Hedge End and walk to the ground in 10/15 mins. Want specific locations give me a pm. I think we'll probably use Bursledon as I know where the P & R is for the football. Do the buses run all the time, do you know? Just thinking ahead in case we want to leave early / it rains. Yup, as far as I can remember they will run a few buses early depending on/if a few people need to go. If you wait to the end you either have to get out quick or be prepared to wait 30-45 mins for another bus to come back.
