For possibly 1 last time lets get SMS rocking. The players have let us down on occasions I know. So lets come together for the people who do deserve a good send off US! THE FANS!! People it has been a pleasure to stand next you. I really hope its not for the final time. Forever a Saint!!!
Badger Posted 21 April, 2009 Posted 21 April, 2009 I attended the first ever match at SMS v Espanyol.I will be there on Saturday hoping this is not the last. Young Badger (MK I) has been to watch Saints several times before and will be there.Younger Badger (MK II) will be attending for the first time (- just in case) Fanatiscism for all things Saints, skatehate and even an intense dislike of His Rupertship is alive and well in Gloucestershire.
Amesbury Saint Posted 21 April, 2009 Posted 21 April, 2009 WE now need to fill SMS Outside chance of staying up
rocknrollman no2 Posted 21 April, 2009 Posted 21 April, 2009 If anyone is thinking about not going, then please think again. This could be our last game in the Championship,or ever.So what have you got to lose? Come along, sing your heart out and lets show everyone why we were the finest cub in the south for so long. C O Y Rs. Blimey that was a positive post from me!!
Bailey Posted 21 April, 2009 Posted 21 April, 2009 I just don't understand why we haven't sold out already. OUR club's very future is at risk. Forget about the fact that we will probably go down. Forget about the fact that a number of our current squad aren't good enough. IF Southampton FC survives, these players will move on, but us fans will remain. Make the effort, go to St Mary's for possibly the LAST TIME EVER and make some noise. Lets hope we're around next season. COYR!

Bailey Posted 21 April, 2009 Posted 21 April, 2009 Because a majority of our 'fans' don't give a sh!t about the club. I don't think that's the case. I think a lot of it is to do with people not understanding just how in the brown stuff we really are. It gets to me when people say, "Yes, but small donations won't make a difference!" and "Me attending won't save the club!" The thing is, if everyone had this attitude, sod all would get done and we wouldn't have a club to support. Please, to all Saints fans, if you have the money, if you're free Saturday, go to the game. Bring the family, bring your mates, just make sure you're sat in St Mary's at 3pm on Saturday. COYR!

Mr saint Posted 22 April, 2009 Posted 22 April, 2009 Im 99% sure this wont be our last game at St Marys So am I. That 1% scares me though. We need a sell out!
forever a red and white Posted 22 April, 2009 Posted 22 April, 2009 aside from that, what the ******** is an investor going to think, if he was a keen football man/woman and sees that we can;t get close to selling out a huge game for the club on and off the pitch.
londonsaint1604 Posted 22 April, 2009 Posted 22 April, 2009 We managed to sell out on the last day of last season when we were in trouble, surely everyone who turned up that day and celebrated championship survival as though we'd just won the FA cup care enough to come this time. Where the **** are they?!

Iowsaintsfan Posted 22 April, 2009 Posted 22 April, 2009 Just posted this on another thread: Just a reminder for anyone in 2 minds whether to go or not, Bluestar are still doing the 50p fare and Red funnel are doing half price on the Red Jet £6 day return for the game. And if you cant make it for what ever reason - buy a ticket anyway and help save our saints
