aintforever Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 Oakley's a good shout, so much depends on what's left of the club after admin and who owns us though it's impossible to know what players would be suitable.

SaintRobbie Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 We need a big centre back and a keeper IF KD goes. Start from the back and work forward.
ottery st mary Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 My 15 year old son !! He shows more passion playing on a Sunday than this lot has done all season apart from a few notable excpetions. And he can tackle which seems to be a part of the game that has been lost on our midfield and full backs all season, hE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLAYING THIS SEASON;)
Andy_Porter Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 I think we will probably be looking at a starting XI like: Paterson McGoldrick Holmes Wotton Gillett Thomson Mills Lancashire Perry James Bart Ideally we'd sign a creative experienced midfielder to play alongside Gillett and a CB to play alongside Perry. A Darren Moore type in defence would be ideal, no idea about the midfielder but someone who can pass a bit and score the odd goal would be great. The most important thing is we get players with league one/two experience. This is assuming Lallana, Euell, Davis, BWP, Surman, Skacel and Scheniderlin are all sold. Dalek2003 Posted 19 April, 2009 Share Posted 19 April, 2009 Well, we need to have a manager that knows League 1, 2 and Blue Square that is for sure ,because we won't have much to spend. In fact £100,000 will be major nes for us !

NickG Posted 11 August, 2009 Share Posted 11 August, 2009 Simon Cox of Swindon or Rickie Lambert of Bristol Rovers. Both got about 25+ goals in League 1 this season. James Hayter at Doncaster also another player who knows how to get goals in that division. first one to suggest Lambert?
