hamster Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 Still very unfair and from their site info I am not sure they are sticking to their own rules let alone FL ones: "The visitors are accommodated in the Lower Tier of the Bridgford Stand. The capacity is 4,750 but this is usually reduced to about 3,000." So only giving us just over 2k they will hopefully be docked enough points to come down with us.
Block 5 Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 If you don't mind sitting with the home fans try buying from Forest ticket office and getting tickets sent to someone who doesn't have an SO postcode.
Block 5 Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 (edited) My mate has bought 2 tickets from Forest. Edited 27 April, 2009 by Block 5
bungle Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 Absolute joke, ****ing ****s. I think all the soopa-doopa fans like Stu got tickets, so no problems really. Only yourself to blame for not being as big a fan as Stu. Still, you can have another strop when you can't get a ticket for the Withdean next season.
saintsforlife7 Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 I've got my ticket, but if you get 10% of every away match, the ground holds just above 30,500, aren't we entitled to at least 3,000 if we want them?
Saints foreva Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 A little gutted we are only taking 2,100 tbh, we should try and get another 900 like we are entitled too but the club won't pick up on that. 2,100 Saints will still make more noise than 27,000odd Nottm Fans.
beavis17 Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 anyone got a ticket and not going? need a ticket badly for this
marc_saint Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 Me too... Haven't got a ticket but i have just booked hotel for Saturday night. If anyone has a spare i could take it off your hands. Face value and a pint! PM me if you can help.
bmthred Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 ive been after a ticket on the away forum but nothing yet. will take one or two if anyone cant go.
eelpie Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 Can I assume that they are delaying the release of these tickets to see whether or not we will be in business by then? I know the Burnley game was the deadline. It is only 3 weeks away, generally tickets are on sale by then, especially for a game where I expect us to take near our allocation and sell out it there is a mathematical chance of survival. Are things really that serious? Yep. And made worse following the pitch invasion and crowd bovver.

prideofthesouth Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 As I said, all the soopa-doopa fans got a ticket! This will be my first away match since the cup final
Block 5 Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 As I said, all the soopa-doopa fans got a ticket! I've never been to an away game before. Do they have satisfactory sandwiches at the City ground or should I pop to Waitrose first?
StuRomseySaint Posted 27 April, 2009 Author Posted 27 April, 2009 Got rid of my tickets and cancelled the hotel, waste of time. Going Horse Racing instead.

hamster Posted 27 April, 2009 Posted 27 April, 2009 car parking ideas please http://www.nottinghamforest.co.uk/page/CityGround/0,,10308,00.html Try Notts Counties groud or even better phone the club and book blue badge parking for a fiver. Don't forget to limp.
bungle Posted 28 April, 2009 Posted 28 April, 2009 Got rid of my tickets and cancelled the hotel, waste of time. Going Horse Racing instead. You have let us all down.
Windmill Arm 2 Posted 28 April, 2009 Posted 28 April, 2009 Why are people still trying to get tickets for this nothing game, which promises to be 90 minutes of utter humiliation from Forest, who are now safe. ????????
scott_saints Posted 28 April, 2009 Posted 28 April, 2009 Reverse into your space, makes it easier and quicker to get out after. Also, use your mirrors. Disagree Stu. Don't see the obsession with reversing into your space. People like to claim it saves time, but in 99% of all cases it takes MORE time "overall". It is always alot quicker to reverse OUT of a parking space than it is reversing in to it. HTH. Oh, and still going to Forest in a limo. Should be a good day
diggers Posted 28 April, 2009 Posted 28 April, 2009 Three nursing colleges full of clunge! plus a night or two on the pish with proper Saints fans who understand that Saints are for life not just the good times! - There, does that explain?
saints_is_the_south Posted 28 April, 2009 Posted 28 April, 2009 Still going & well up for it, another day like Saturday of carnage & ridiculous amounts of beer, good times!

West End Saint Posted 28 April, 2009 Posted 28 April, 2009 I have a ticket and I am going last game of the season is tradition I am going to have a few beers and reflect on the glory years in the ccc. Next season I shall invest in a sat nav so i can find my way to the S H I T holes of league 1. I am going to look at it as a adventure and go to a number of grounds I otherwise wouldnt get to see the joys of being a Saint are endless
