alpine_saint Posted 12 April, 2009 Share Posted 12 April, 2009 As we seem as good as down, I thought it was time to see who you'd like to still be here come August & who you'd like to see gone My own view is Mark Fry - nice chap I'm sure, but hopefully long gone Anyone who ever had anything to do with the running of this club - go Wotte - I quite like him, but he has to go As do all his backroom lads Davis - can't afford him, anyway, so - go James - stay, definitely Skacel - long been part of the problem - go Perry - staying anyway, but might just do a job in League One Saeijs - going anyway, presumably Surman - if we can raise any money on him - sadly go Gillett - stay, definitely Schneiderlin - totally indifferent, but go, just Wotton - I'll drive you to the station Smith - stay, just (There is something there & we haven't seen enough yet) Lallana - give him another season Holmes - stay, but I'm starting to worry about his injury record McGoldrick - I hope we can keep him - 20 goals from midfield next season Euell - definitely well past his sell by date - go, go, go Saganowski - likewise BWP - perhaps we could offer him as a prize in a raffle - that's the only way we could get any money for him. Otherwise Macclesfield awaits him Thomas - League One is probably a level where he'd do okay, but at £10k a week....? Dyer - cash in while we can John - gone Rasiak - only one more year of his ludicrous salary to get someone else to pay (I hope) Gasmi & Liptak will go anyway, presumably.... All the other youngsters - stay Thanks for that, Roops. I couldnt give a shiny one about anyone leaving, with the possible exception of Kelvin Davis. I would like to see the whole board, playing management and squad changed.
sidthesquid Posted 13 April, 2009 Author Share Posted 13 April, 2009 Better with our money...LMAO Pulis Gasmi Robertson Peckhart Schniderlien Molyneux Smith Yeah right..... Give Saganowski some service and he will score goals. Apart from the obvious facts that three of the above are loans & two have left already I bet their combined wage is still some way short of Saganowski's. And what I meant that there are many better, cheaper strikers available

ALWAYS_SFC Posted 13 April, 2009 Share Posted 13 April, 2009 (edited) bearing that in mind you are still happy to slag off one of our better outfield players (McG) and forgive Saga his goal drought. Doesn't make any sense to me!!! McGoaldrick has for the most part this season be uttter tripe only recently that he has moved from number one striker has he considerably improved. McGoldrick had numerous chances and missed them. The chances provided before saga`s "goal drought" as you put it, were good and he finished them, now the service is virtually non existant. If Saga had been here from day one we would have more goals in the gaols for column and a few more points. Oh, i nearly forgot the "star" that Smith is ,more money wasted.
