I know it dont help things but on behalf of the saints fans can i thank the local police b4 the match, we were welcomed and helped to the ground and after the match they stoped the local nutters atacking us in the carpark then to cap it all we were given an escort to the motorway once again well done wolves police

This was similar to what happened at Villa when Sturrock was in charge. Bloody well organised.

 

Last time I went to Wolves was when we beat them 4:1 and they had 1 bloody copper on the road bridge just behind the away end. 1 copper and a load of neanderthals who were kicking ten bells of cr@p out of anyone with a red and white shirt on.

 

We were pointed vaguely in the direction of the coach park/bus station and our coach was stoned by local kids on the way out.

 

Apparently the old bill weren't expecting any trouble that day and didn't have sufficient resources available :confused:

First time I've been there and the local inbreds haven't been pouring out of the pub on the left as you head back towards the town centre.

Ha.I was at that game and remember it well.

I remember seeing a bloke who was selling badges,have his stand pushed over by Wolves fans and they were attacking any Saints fans they could find.

Several bricks hit our coach on the way out and i actually thought we were lucky to get out in one piece.

At least we dont have to worry about going back there for a while.
