ottery st mary Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Holy shyte - that bad. Cant believe fans are booing and leaving - looks like administration has sorted all of our problems out then. It's going to be a lot further down from here on and a long hard road back. Would somebody please wake me up when we have reached rock bottom - I dont think I can take too much more of this pain. Rupert, Mark and JP..Oh! Yeah.:smt017
saint lard Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Listening to the game it sounds as though there is no urgency, fire in the belly or desire at all. We are shi7e from top to bottom.
St.Thomas7 Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Time still to get 2 goals.... LOL! Us or them???
Micky Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Time still to get 2 goals.... What and lose 5 -1 at home - not for me thanks...!
Ohio Saint Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 This wont change much for potential investors IMO. I'm sure the fact that we are complete dogsh*te hasn't eluded them. That is precisely true, but I just saw our pride go down the drain along with our self respect. That was very hard to take.
CanadaSaint Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 This wont change much for potential investors IMO. I'm sure the fact that we are complete dogsh*te hasn't eluded them. I agree, although (granted) I'm looking for a silver lining here. This result will drive the value of the Club down even further, weaken the position of the creditors and make us cheaper to buy. The people buying us will be doing it NOT for what we are but what we're capable of being.
It's There Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 OK..maybe time running out today..and for this season...but I'll always be a Saints supporter
Micky Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 this is energy sapping stuff It's worse than that - I've nearly lost the will to live....
Arizona Posted 4 April, 2009 Author Posted 4 April, 2009 Plymouth winning at 'pool. Again, irrelevant unless we score enough points to catch them.
saint lard Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Points deduction or not we are down.....hold on BWP scores
Saint J 77 Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Time still to get 2 goals.... I would take two more goals but we need 3 really, either way i cant see it happening with this lot!
Micky Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 If fans are leaving now - it does not bode well for full houses for the remaining games - nor does it look good for next season - wherever that may be.
Bromley Saint Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Penalty awarded to us!!!!!!!!!!!! - downgraded to free kick sadly
saint lard Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Penalty to Saints.......possibly...no linesman says no
Super_Uwe Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Wright-Phillips - a wonder strike by the sounds of it, can we make the most of the time remaining???
Bromley Saint Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Should have been another penalty - ref gives a goal kick
saint lard Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Another penalty shout, but goal kick given...3 mins plus stoppage time
Ohio Saint Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Alpine, We scored a probably pointless late goal. Maybe you can put an even more negative spin on that? Or maybe you want to just shut up?
badgerx16 Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 two penalties turned down now? Football League conspiracy to keep us in the bottom 3 and therefore take the points hit in League 1 next season
saint lard Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Putting in a bit of effort now,too little too late methinks
ottery st mary Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Football League conspiracy to keep us in the bottom 3 and therefore take the points hit in League 1 next season Feels like everyone has had a go at shaaafting us this season:mad:
Ohio Saint Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Losing a match or a place in the CCC is less important than losing our club. I'm still optimistic
Saint Thomas Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 "Referee Jon Moss appears to point to the spot after Ryan Smith is Kelly Youga" No wonder the linesman turned it down, stolen identity is an indirect freekick rather than a penalty, surely ?
saint lard Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Since we have played with more width we have looked more dangerous
badgerx16 Posted 4 April, 2009 Posted 4 April, 2009 Losing a match or a place in the CCC is less important than losing our club. I'm still optimistic Agreed. It would have been nice to go down fighting though.
