Must admit I can't understand in these totally exceptional circumstances why the club would rather have 10,000 odd empty seats rather than have a clearance sale and sell them all off at £15 each.

 

That's £150,000 extra at the turnstile, perhaps 5,000 extra programmes, 2,000 extra pints of pigswill and similar numbers of hotdogs and kitkats.

 

I can only assume that the talk of going bust without extra money is a load of ****** or are the club that inept???
