I will most likely not be back from Gillingham in time, and having a big family BBQ the following week. Shame, as I really enjoyed myself last weekend.

Good now, thanks for asking. Last two days it was the thighs though!

Been doing lots of stretches and a bit of jogging, and hope to cycle to work every day next week.

Im tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired!

Good game though, coulda done with a little more space really though, 10v10 on half pitch is quite crowded.

Good banter today aswell... we love banter

Deppo, I think you're a liar.

I was ill, indeed, but ended up getting roughly into the swing. no energy though, and very inconsistent. Some good touches and passes countered by some apalling ones :)

I'm gonna ache tomorrow.... I blame Si for blasting the ball into me a few times. I'm not the goal ok!!! But thanks for the lift! ;)

Hopefully can get a decent turn out like this again!

Police spoke to me in the car park afterwards. Wanted to know if I saw anyone kick a football over the fence by Passfield Avenue. Some bloke was looking pretty angry to me, apparently has a great big dent in the roof of his car.

I told them I hadn't seen a thing. I think they believed me, took my name, address and gave me their number just in case I remember anything.

Anyone else get questioned?

What are they going to do arrest someone for kicking a ball over a fence ??

I did see the police there afterwards but didnt hang around to find out what they wanted. That is stupid though...

I suppose the bloke must be insured but who would really want to lose their NCD when they can get the person responsobe to pay. Maybe they could claim negligence or recklessnes, I ain't a lawyer but if the police want witnesses they must have some sort of precedent.

In all honesty, I lived in a road opposite a football pitch, I would expect the odd wayward ball coming over the fence. Stupid place to park imo.

Thats stupid... roofs on cars are flimsy anyway. Just get in the car and punch the ceiling to pop it back into shape, sorted!

Was just speaking to my dad, he reckons if the police are persuing something and i have information that it is illegal for my to hold that information back.

Im in between a rock and a hard place here. Chances are the police will be there again next week at the same time to check up if the same people are there...

It was Baj that kicked it wasnt it? (just to be sure, just incase)
