Gingeletiss Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 Bet he could spell "illegal". Also, not sure how the English would have helped considering no-one spoke to him, they just walked on the tube and shot him in the head. Guess your wrong on all accounts then........think about it Einstein
doublesaint Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 The posters on this thread are not representative of the feeling in the country. Everyone i know has similar views to me. You will realise if you thought about it that in fact the posters here do represent the feeling of the country, ranging from our Socialist Workers Party poster to the slightly right of centre such as yourself, that is also what makes multi cultural Britain such a good place to live in.
badgerx16 Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 Guess your wrong on all accounts then........think about it Einstein According to ALL the eye witnesses at the inquest, J C DeM was not given any warning - the armed officers, who did not identify themselves, rushed onto the train, pushed him to the floor and fired several bullets into his head at very close range. The witnesses all believed the armed men to be terrorists until after the killing had occurred.

Mole Posted 31 March, 2009 Author Posted 31 March, 2009 Aah I see - your dog is a Nazi? Being German, 'n all Not quite, meet Jake - the famous cat basher
jeff leopard Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 I have not been manipulated by the far right, i'm not anti semitic for example (although i'm not fan of israel). I'm simply proud to be British and don't like what's happened/is happening in my country. In Luton, a dozen or so prostestors use a parade by troops to protest against a deeply unpopular war, whoop-de-doo. Why exactly should anybody outside of Luton care about this? Because this non-story was picked up by the right wing reactionary press, and as a result, you walked with Nazi's. Can I ask what they chanted/sang during the march, I'm guessing it was based primarily on race and religion. I personally think it is catistrophic for this country to reduce what is happening in Iraq/Afghanistan/****stan down to such base issues, as the political right here and the US has done repeatedly. This is also a fatally flawed argument of course as the most extreme and oppressive Islamist state on the planet (Saudi Arabai) is also Britain and America's closest allie outside of Nato.
bridge too far Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 Not quite, meet Jake - the famous cat basher He is very lovely, Stanley. I'll agree with you on that one point.

Yawn yawn yawn!!!!..........what ever they chanted, they had no right, as the Army follows orders. However, for the record, if I had just returned from Iraq, having spent Eight months away from my wife and kids, having seen things, that people like you can only begin to imagine....then to parade down a street in your own country, and be called 'baby killer', by a bunch of muslims, who IMHO, should b*gger of to a country that is Muslim, is something that would lead me to being very angry. But we know they won't don't we...........and if you think they have that right, may I suggest you go and spend a year in Saudi, then try opening your gob, you'll maybe appreciate having an Army to protect you.

Maybe if I'd just returned from Iraq, fighting a war that was supposed to be against oppression, in theory bringing democracy and freedom of speech (and protest) to other countries, I'd be a bit disappointed if back in Britain there were people like you trying to stop people's right to freedom of speech and expression. You're actually complaining about the very rights those people are fighting for. It sounds to me like you would prefer to live in a more oppressive state where the government came down harder on protesters and tried to censor the opinions of people with alternative views. In western society we're welcome to protest and speak out when we disagree with how things are nbeing done. If you have a problem with this, I suggest YOU go and find a less tolerant country to go and live in.
70's Mike Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 what i can never understand is i go to a football match away from Southampton, the OB gets on the coach before i am allowed off and reads the riot act, i am frog marched to the ground, i cannot stand up , i cannot swear , i get marched back to the coach and get a police escort away from the city to the nearest motorway. Civil Liberties NIL This lot attack the OB, smash windows, block roads, swear and throw things. If arrest claim police brutality Please will one of you intelligent people explain

Draino76 Posted 31 March, 2009 Posted 31 March, 2009 Draino76 is able to report LIVE to TSW, as I should be in the thick of it in the square mile tomorrow.

I don't need to go to India, to know that they are one of the most racist country's in the world, their caste system affects millions, even in this day. I don't need to go there, to know they still force their children into 'arranged' marriages. I don't need to go there, to know they breed like rabbits, then, when they can't support said kids, many are forced into sweat shops, or 'sold'. Now come back and tell me, that none of this happens!!

However, I'd rather live in my world, than the one you envision, as yours is full of darkness!!!!!!
Hatch Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 No signs of any riots yet, or any protestors of any kind to be fair. I guess it's way to early for them to be up while the rest of us at hard at work. PS. I use the word 'hard' in the loosest form.
doublesaint Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 I doubt that you would ever be in that position, they would never have you in the forces. Hatch Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 Just been to the US embassy. Fairly low key. seems to be mainly an anti-israeli protest. A few stinking hippies about, but none that justified a punch in the face. Too many coppers around anyway.
Hatch Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 They've broke into RBS / smashed all the windows Don't they realise they own that bank now..
Rattlehead Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 I'm based near the Stock Exchange and I've just seen about 40 dibble vans speeding past towards Bank and there's a heli circling. One of my colleagues was on the phone to someone at RBS when they were being smashed up. I have to say paying the dibble to kick the sh * t out of a bunch of dirty benefit scrounging pikeys is a splendid use of taxpayer’s money (which makes a change).
Rattlehead Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 I've also been told there'll be a demo at the Stock Exchange at 7am tomorrow, like those lazy f*ckers will be anywhere near out of bed by then. Lots of p*ssies walking around in jeans, smart shoes etc... Not me though, I'm wearing my suit because I'm hard.

It really does show how badly football supporters are treated without any provocation most of the time
Mao Cap Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 Well that was a big jip. A few smashed bank windows and 24 arrests? Sheeeeeeeeet, that's a Friday night in Maidstone...

However, I'd rather live in my world, than the one you envision, as yours is full of darkness!!!!!! Yes, my world is full of darkness The thing about me posting "drivel" is that mine is done by design whereas yours seems to stem from some kind of mental retardation. Your views are ignorant, outdated and frightening. I would seriously hope that you don't have any children because your horrible opinions will be passed on to them and the cycle of stupidity will continue along your family line. By the way, India is not a Muslim country, as you said earlier. If you are going to pretend you understand other places then at least get the basic facts right.

revolution saint Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 I actually remember the Greenham Common protests (must've been 82ish). Unless i'm getting confused but weren't they round Newbury way as i think they were the reason we got held up for ages going on holiday. Jeez you were 82 ish back then.....that makes you about 109 now! Well done on getting the hang of the interweb! I respect the elderly and a lot have views like yours and even if privately I disagree then I'll just be quiet. I think people should lay off you mate - you probably fought the bosch and this is the thanks you get? Only in this country eh?

Gingeletiss Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 It's pretty clear tbh. Rather than come out with yet another of your sarky comments, I suggest you read all of the posts in context. A mention was made with reference to Iraq. The post you see fit to ridicule, does in not infer, that India is a Muslim country, but hey ho, you have your dig as you always seem to, maybe I should be following some of your posts a bit closer!!!!!
Rattlehead Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 Seemed to me that you were inferring India is a Muslim country. Maybe you need to improve your English/grammar if you frequently find people aren't understanding what you think you are saying. Just a thought.
Saint_Jonny Posted 1 April, 2009 Posted 1 April, 2009 They make my blood boil. You just have to look at the scruffy long haired ****s to see they are dole claiming workshy layabouts. Spot on. warsash saint Posted 2 April, 2009 Posted 2 April, 2009 What gets me is that just 4000 turn up for this protest & it gets blanket media coverage....4000 !! for a national advertised protest on the G20, climate change, airport runways etc etc (what coverage did the local media give when 1000 took to the streets of Southampton 2 months back ??) 16 people die coming back from a North Sea oil rig & this gets hardly any attention. Radio Solent have not mentioned Saints at all in their 8am news this morning....apparently Natalie Cole's kidney is more news worthy

Your sentence clearly linked India and Islam, whether you meant it to or not and you can't expect everyone to decipher your posts for you, you have to expect them to be interpreted exactly as they are laid down. If you made a mistake just say so, don't rear up at everyone who reads it as you typed it and bases their replies on that.
