PAULACZT Posted 24 March, 2009 Posted 24 March, 2009 Picked this up about Mr Chocolate from a Dutch fanzine website and called my friend in Rotterdam, she said it was quite well known but would not give me the full translation....can anyone help? Martini? 'Wotte verhuurt altijd zichzelf beneden in omdat hij van de dames houdt gewoonlijk binnen de club daarom hij houdt bewegen bij drie zaken in feyenoord bij'. I may have not got the spelling perfect....but she laughed out loud when I tried to say it and said it was a 'common' story about our manager!! Any help would be appreciated.

"Wotte letting ever themselves underneath within because he with the queen keeps usually within the society therefore he keeps stir towards three transactions within feyenoord towards" Not much help....gotta love these online translators!
trousers Posted 24 March, 2009 Posted 24 March, 2009 Or there's this attempt by babelfish.... "Wotte let always themselves downstairs because he usually implies of the ladies within the club for this reason he keeps up move at three matters in feyenoord" Am still none the wiser!
PAULACZT Posted 24 March, 2009 Posted 24 March, 2009 I am led to believe that 'dames' are 'ladies'....'houdt bewegen bij' is 'keeps moving' and 'zaken' is affairs'....dont know much more than that.....she would not expand on the paragraph!!
SaintRobbie Posted 25 March, 2009 Posted 25 March, 2009 Or there's this attempt by babelfish.... "Wotte let always themselves downstairs because he usually implies of the ladies within the club for this reason he keeps up move at three matters in feyenoord" Am still none the wiser! OK - I'm no expert in the herdy gurdy but I'd guess it says: Wotte has always had to keep moving from clubs like feyenoord due to having affairs with ladies. ... I think we know that already. But still interested in a proper translation!
Channon's Sideburns Posted 25 March, 2009 Posted 25 March, 2009 I'll ask my wife to translate - she used to work in Holland for IBM...Back soon!
Channon's Sideburns Posted 25 March, 2009 Posted 25 March, 2009 Right then....before I begin this - all I have done is asked for a proper translation...I take no responsibility for what someone else has posted.... My wife tells me that this statement seems a little disjointed - and really should be probably two sentences. Anyway...apparently - according to the post above.. 'Wotte always rents himself out below in the way that he likes the ladies normally within the club and therefore he keeps things moving in Feyenoord.' Which TBF in my eyes means he is a bloke....nothing sensational.
Ponty Posted 25 March, 2009 Posted 25 March, 2009 'Wotte always rents himself out below in the way that he likes the ladies normally within the club and therefore he keeps things moving in Feyenoord.' What language has she translated it into?

Channon's Sideburns Posted 25 March, 2009 Posted 25 March, 2009 What language has she translated it into? Best thing Ponts is for PaulaCZT to give us a link to the site he/she found it on - perhaps I can get my wife to view it and perhaps put more meat on the bones. But if the general gist is that he likes to be a bit of a player, well that doesn't make him unemployable does it? I think we've been there before...!

Ponty Posted 25 March, 2009 Posted 25 March, 2009 But if the general gist is that he likes to be a bit of a player' date=' well that doesn't make him unemployable does it?[/quote'] It doesn't, no. It would make things awkward if he were the boss of a women's hockey team, maybe, but it shouldn't be a problem in his current role.

A new Lowe strategy?! So he changes the team from men to boys, then boys to women, then football to his beloved hockey! Surely that's it!! Afterall its not Southampton FC plc but 'Leisure Holdings'! Lowe's real strategy revealed! Tell you what though... I'd rather see a womens hockey team play in SMS at the moment! Lowe's a genius.
