JustMike Posted 23 March, 2009 Author Share Posted 23 March, 2009 Bet the stats man is band from the Green smoke today:D haha yes lost it by 21 runs. Good 100 for Strauss but nothing from anyone else. At one point we had windies at 21 / 2 and then for some reason took the foot off the pedal and let their best 2 batsman settle in. Still need alot of work in this side. And Prior..nightmare again with the gloves
keithd Posted 23 March, 2009 Share Posted 23 March, 2009 when Dimi was there we had a good chance, stupid run out put paid to that... prior needs to be dropped, what did Davies do that was so wrong in the twenty20? looked very good with the bat...did nowt wrong with the gloves either.. keithd Posted 23 March, 2009 Share Posted 23 March, 2009 secondededed about the PP. why for gods sake? look at the way the auzzies treat them, smash it. cant be hard for a professional to hit the ball over the infield. and as for yesterdays farce of the batting PP, i think he was always waiting for the last 5 or 6 overs and had no plan B.
