...but I keep getting this 'orrible thought that, what with our perilous financial situation, ol' Rupes would let them groundshare for some income while the "fartton redevel*cough*opment" takes place, only for it to inevitably grind to a halt and we get stuck with 'em camped out at SMS for years to come...
