SuperMikey Posted 14 March, 2009 Share Posted 14 March, 2009 Liverpool were amazing today - if only they could play like that in the league more often! They've got Villa next weekend too, so if they can win that one as well they could be in a position to move up to first...
Arizona Posted 14 March, 2009 Share Posted 14 March, 2009 Some moderate lolage from me too. Manure getting hammered in their own back yard is a rare treat.
AndyNorthernSaints Posted 14 March, 2009 Share Posted 14 March, 2009 Just goes to show what happens when a ref has the bottle to award the away team a penalty and send a Manure player off. Might have been different if Mike Riley was in charge of todays game.
skintsaint Posted 14 March, 2009 Share Posted 14 March, 2009 was a crap game but United made a few mistakes, Liverpool will lose the next two probably
The Majestic Channon Posted 14 March, 2009 Share Posted 14 March, 2009 Anyone seen the red nosed sweaty's after match interview? what excuses did he make? unfortunalely though they will still win the league.
Johnny Shearer Posted 15 March, 2009 Share Posted 15 March, 2009 Good to see them getting dicked. Just so tired of manure being on top every year.

Papa Shango Posted 16 March, 2009 Share Posted 16 March, 2009 Thought it was a great game myself. Vidic deserves to be player of the season IMO, but he had a shocker yesterday.
Iowsaintsfan Posted 16 March, 2009 Share Posted 16 March, 2009 Vidic was truely shocking
swannymere Posted 16 March, 2009 Share Posted 16 March, 2009 Wound up a 'pet' united fan yesterday, he went on to describe in a hissy fit how he was going to have the party to end all parties when we get relegated and hopes that we end up playing on the local village green! I just pointed out it's lucky nobody thinks united fans can't take a joke or else all other fans would hate them;) I've downloaded 'You'll never walk alone' which will shortly be his ringtone:D
The Majestic Channon Posted 16 March, 2009 Share Posted 16 March, 2009 So why did rudolph leave the after match interview to mike phelan??
stevegrant Posted 16 March, 2009 Share Posted 16 March, 2009 So why did rudolph leave the after match interview to mike phelan?? His usual pathetic protest against those who supposedly rig the fixture list in favour of his opponents. Liverpool had an extra day to prepare. Big deal. All of which, of course, will explain why United's fixtures ensured they play the other big 4 on home soil in the second half of the season rather than away... I thought it was a great game - United didn't actually play that badly, it was just a couple of individual errors. As mentioned above, Vidic is a serious contender for player of the year, but he had a nightmare on Saturday. Credit where it's due to Alan Wiley as well - I don't think he got a major decision wrong all game. Both penalty decisions were spot-on, as was the red card. Robsk II Posted 21 March, 2009 Author Share Posted 21 March, 2009 Yes, most amusing. I'd like to see Liverpool win the title, frankly. I actuallh think united will retain it, but we'll see. Rather them than Chelsea, even, to be honest.
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 21 March, 2009 Share Posted 21 March, 2009 Liverpool would be my preference, just to wind up all the Mancs.
Arizona Posted 22 March, 2009 Share Posted 22 March, 2009 This result was somewhat ruined by the blue few beating the blue er... scousers. Still funny though.
