krissyboy31 Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 We need to win and I believe we will win this one. 2-0 Saints (Saga and Surman).
slickmick Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 We need to win and I believe we will win this one. 2-0 Saints (Saga and Surman). Ditto.
warsash saint Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Really bad feeling about this one.....QPR haven't won in about 10, have lost to all our rivals, so you know it will go tits up tomorrow 2 nil defeat
Paul Chuckle Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 A P*mpey fan I work with said to me this morning that he dreamt last night that we beat QPR 4-1 and Surman scored the 2nd goal worth a £1.00 bet i think

I didn't put any money on though.
corsacar saint Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Law of averages says QPR win. Blackstock and routledge both worry me. I just hope Saints are really up for it and prove the law of averages wrong.
NickG Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 in last 4 games we are 4th in current form they are bottom, real chance but not got a clue!
NickG Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 http://www.fansfocus.com/football/championship/-formguide.php?comp=2&count=4
Stax Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Im going for a 1-0 win for the saints similar game to the Cardiff one i think.
Smirking_Saint Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Heart says lets thump them back 4-0 Head says, hold on, ex saints striker = goals against saints. 2-1 QPR Hmm, head plus heart = 5-2 saints, get in there
egreog Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Saints 0-1 QPR........they are on a poor run and Saints always gift "poor run" teams a victory, and i personally think the mini revival has, for some obscure reason, come to a shuddering halt
St Marco Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Gigantic game for us what with Barnsley playing Blackpool and Norwich vs Plymouth. A loss here and the following 3 games will seal our fate. We cannot lose, the players have to understand this. There will be only 3 home games left after this one. I think it will be a very tense game being played by two awful teams but we will win 2-1.
SaintBobby Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 We should win really. And if it's a draw with ten minutes to go, we should play as if we're 1-0 down. I'd say 2-1 Saints. The bookies odds are about the same as for the Derby game. Saints 11/8, QPR 11/5, Draw 12/5.
Capel Saint Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Have to go with a positive 2-1 win to Saints. Here's hoping!!
Nexstar Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Comfortable 2-0 Saints win, and very much needed!
Flyer Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 I wasnt feeling too confident until I saw Harry has just given us the Moroccan Zindane on loan, Adel Taarabt. So I think we can now get something out of the game.

lordswoodsaints Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 ive got a feeling qpr will get spanked.......3 or 4-0 for me
Bailey Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Saints to win 2-0 with goals from Saga and Saeijs. Won't be an easy game though, and with QPR on such a poor run of form this one is a potential banana skin! They have players like Routledge who will cause us problems, and I see they've just signed Taarabt on loan from Spurs too. He's a very useful player but if we give him a kick early doors we should be able to keep him quiet!
Flyer Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Woudn't it have to be atleast 36 hours before kick off to be eligible to play? Dunno, I thought it was 5pm Friday, theres also talk of Dos Santos joining as well. Maybe its Harrys plan to loan out his players to anyone playing Saints that week!
Flyer Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 Just checked, hes in the squad for tomorrow as are any other loans in today.
Whitey Grandad Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 I'm not too bothered about the result, really. All I hope for is an entertaining game played in the right spirit.
The Godfather Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 I think we will get a narrow win 1-0 or 2-1. QPR have signed a spurs player on loan, adel taarsabt.
Hatch Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 We will win. 2-0 A mate of mine who is a QPR supporter watches them every game and says they are currently playing the worst they have for years.
lordswoodsaints Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 We will win. 2-0 A mate of mine who is a QPR supporter watches them every game and says they are currently playing the worst they have for years. their gaffer will probably get the chop if they dont get some sort of result down here.
um pahars Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 I don't see any reason why we can't win this one. 3-1 for me. Just not sure what we want from the other games, draws or the teams further away from us winning???
saintwarwick Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 This is a winnable game against a team who have not won in eight starts, we have to win it to keep up with the teams around us and hope other results go for us but that can only happen of we do win in the first place. 2-1 saints.
thorpie the sinner Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 ********, I have changed my mind!! After the team building exercise, 4-1 saints!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hamster Posted 13 March, 2009 Posted 13 March, 2009 (edited) Although we owe them for the Sky embarassment back in September, I think that MW will want to keep it tight and not risk getting no points at all if it goes wrong. I expect a disciplined 1-0. Rudi will score a wonder goal soon btw, his confidence is really coming back and there are partnerships developing throughout the team that will (I hope) make us a formidable force taking us to a nice mid table finish.
