Not good enough. We're going down without a doubt.

Let's just hope that the Manager and Players don't think like that.....

Quick verdict on server performance?

Much better, but it did slow in the last 10-15 minutes. If this had been an away game i reckon it would have struggled.

Slowed in the last 10 mins for me Baj - other than that it was A1.

Oh and working fine now again....

Hmm, ok, so an improvement but still not good enough

Disappointing but not a disaster if some of the other games finish as they stand now. We've not lost ground on a few around us but 3 points would have been massive tonight.

no way! we need wins to stay in this league, how can you say you'd take a draw for a home game against a side not that far above us in the table?

We'll have to see how it goes on Saturday, especially with the Barnsley-Blackpool match.

Not out of it yet but running out of games.

What are you talking about. There's clearly a fight going on.

Yeah amongst our rivals. Not having Saga early in the season cut us adrift and did the damage. Now we've simply shut the barn door with horse already bolted.

Yes, particularly when you compare number of users logged on at beginning of game and now. Definitely got slow again at the end.

If it's an away game with everything to play for, i reckon it will seriously suffer.

Thanks for trying things to sort it though :)

But in excellent form. We do need wins yes, and I'm not saying I wouldn't have taken a win, but you have to be realistic, otherwise you end up looking like a ****.

Baj you could ban registerd users during games i suppose, if you've got no money to pay for an upgrade at least look after your paying customers (and get a few more quid by encouraging registered members to join up to pay to make things better). This would be a bold decision, but a prudent one IMHO.

Could be a crucial point; could be a crucial 2 points lost. Having done the BBC predictor, I've seen that a lot of the teams around us are due to play each other and will therefore take points off each other. Win on Saturday and things could look much better. 10 points from home games against Preston, Cardiff, Derby & QPR would be a reasonable return.

a game is a game, and i'm always hoping for a win. look at our record this season, we've beaten many of the top teams but lost loads of the relegation 6 pointers, even against teams in poor form.

I suggest you get yourself over to Betfair where the market makes it about 50/50 - i'm sure you know better though...

Guess that makes the QPR game the most definite MUST WIN game;Saints need some confidence coming up to Bloomfield Road, as the Tangerines are showing a bit of grit, ( or is it sand ? ), and it would be better knowing that a draw there is good enough to at least keep things interesting. Going into the game when losing could put them 8 points above us would really start closing our chances of escaping.

********, win the next game and you'll think we're staying up.

in fact if we win the next game stanley prolly wont post as it will go against his going down menatlity ;)

Looking at the table below things aren't as bad as i first thought they would be (listening to results coming in). We shall see, but at the minute i think we're more likely to go down than stay up.

Not having Saga (and others) may have saved us -10 points. 10/15 points in the last 5 games does not suggest the barn door has shut....

I don't think you understand the saying.;)

You cant help thinking today we have blown our chance of stayng up. Most of those around us had harder fixtures yet we have lost ground when we should have been getting our noses in front.

It's definitely win or bust Saturday now.

Sorry chaps, my bad - in the table Barnsley should only have 40 pts.

Crap siht ******.

We started off tonight needing 4 or 5 wins from 10 games and now need 4 or 5 from 9, with the relatively-easy Derby-at-home game gone. Anyone who thinks a point is anywhere near a good results ought to realise we need at least 1.5 points per game to stay up: at the very best, this is a loss of 0.5 points against the target, against a bad team in this league.

Bournemouth good news I think; no real love for them but getting pinged for admin is tough. Could be us any time.

good result against the inform side, we will get 3 points this weekend and then we play 3 sides who are down here with us - 6 pointers these are winnable

As long as we concentrate in defence, and keep the lead when ( and if ) we get it. Games last 90 minutes, but we all too often lose interest in the last 10 - 15 minutes.
