Dog Posted 4 March, 2009 Posted 4 March, 2009 (edited) [image removed by Pancake, suck it up] On the topic of food, has anyone ever been to Japan and eaten the brains of a live monkey? I know of one person who has took part in this fantastic tradition and paid in excess of £3000 to angle grind the skull of a monkey, and spoon it out while it still pulsates. Tastes like fish apparently, and it is supposed to give you a long healthy life. Eat up. Edited 6 March, 2009 by Dog
Dog Posted 4 March, 2009 Author Posted 4 March, 2009 Oh for ****s sake Dog. That is f*cking rich, coming from the 'penguin bashing' champion!!
sambosa757 Posted 4 March, 2009 Posted 4 March, 2009 My step-dad has eaten at a restaurant that did it and sat next to a load of Japanese businessmen who had it. The monkey is put in a sort of vice clamp with the skin on top of the head peeled back exposing the skull. Nasty and almost reduced me to tears when first hearing of it. Disgusting. But then there are people who live in the East who think we are disgusting for eating pigs and cows.

Jillyanne Posted 4 March, 2009 Posted 4 March, 2009 Narrrich and the loik? I thought this was a foreign phrase at first................ then worked it out.

hamster Posted 4 March, 2009 Posted 4 March, 2009 I thought that we were/are monkeys anyway! Just watched a prog about orangutans and they are so cute. I couldn't eat one, certainly not.
hamster Posted 4 March, 2009 Posted 4 March, 2009 My mate is gonna eat a chocolate covered scorpion for red rip-off day.
Dog Posted 6 March, 2009 Author Posted 6 March, 2009 It is a myth. Keep telling yourself that and they'll go away. http://maxent.org/ch/monkey_brains_ad.html
