Just out of interest, what day do you normally pick then? Is there a legal day you have to pick? I mean if you got arrested on 28th Feb and you were asked your age would you still be the same age you had been for a year until 1st march came about?

 

No idea if there's an official day tbh, I usually just gone for the 28th though as it's still in February.

 

I've been using it to my advantage recently though, telling people different days and effectively having 2 birthdays
