Although, saying that, Ipswich have been a bit of a bogey team at Portman road for us: We always seem to outplay them and yet still lose.

I was there aswell, immense goal for such an averagely skilled but fully committed player. Happier times!!! Have to agree with OBS comments, get your hopes up with Saints only to be dashed again. Most certainly wont be expecting anything. Point would be extremely good.
Dannyboy_Saint Posted 3 March, 2009 Posted 3 March, 2009 I remember that game against Ipswich during Burleys first full season in charge. We could/should have won by 4 clear goals but ended up loosing 2-1! Rasiak had a shot from the half way line that just clipped the top of the crossbar!

Lost that one because of a pele special in the box, such a useless centre back.
