SNSUN Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 Is the Preston result a flash in the pan, or can we pick up an unprecedented 6 points from two games and climb out the zone? IMO (and I started this season in such a positive frame of mind) it's the former. However a draw isn't out the question. 1-1.
thorpie the sinner Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 went with reverse psychology last week and it worked!! so, Cardiff 3-0 victory!!!
Windmill Arm 2 Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 2-0 to Cardiff. Get your money on. Cardiff are a good side, I expect we will lose this one but fingers crossed for the remainder. But hey if we lose at least this tool will be happy.
sotonswan Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 Is the Preston result a flash in the pan, or can we pick up an unprecedented 6 points from two games and climb out the zone?. 2-1 Saints leaving them still IN the zone.
St.Thomas7 Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 0-0 or Cardiff will win by 0-1 or 1-2. Seen it too many times this season I'm afraid... Please make me eat my words lads....
corsacar saint Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 1-2, when was the last time we strung two wins together. I sincerely hope I am wrong, but they are a very good footballing side, even with their injuries.
AndyNorthernSaints Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 Predicted 0-0 last week last week and worked so same again please. Will be a much harder game though.
N/West Saint Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 Hopefully Cardiff will be tired 3 games in a week and a few players out injured so im going for 2.1 Saints
pilsburydoughboy Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 Sunny South Coast Big Goal Bonanza Saints to win 4-2 Its going to be special
Loyal Saint Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 (edited) 2-1 Saints & that gob****e Chopra crying after mouthing off one too many times in front of the Northam and getting attacked by one of the ball boys Edited 27 February, 2009 by Loyal Saint
pilsburydoughboy Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 2-1 Saints & that gob****e Chopra crying after mouthing off one too many times in front of the Northam and getting attacked by one of the ball boys If only he was playing. He must really love the welsh ****s he has left twice but nobody seems to want him so he goes back
Loyal Saint Posted 27 February, 2009 Posted 27 February, 2009 If only he was playing. He must really love the welsh ****s he has left twice but nobody seems to want him so he goes back Injury doubt but I'd imagine the little **** will make a miraculous recovery. Deserves plenty of abuse tomorrow & lets all make sure he gets it
trousers Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 I predict the same result that I put on the other duplicate prediction thread: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=10579
Bailey Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 Saints 2 - 2 Cardiff Got a draw written all over it this one. Saints never win two in a row, and Cardiff are the draw specialists. We are improving defensively but we still leak too may goals. Cardiff will miss Johnson in defence but they'll still put in a decent performance, even with all their injuries.
Draino76 Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 Welsh have an injury crisis. Away win. Part of my treble.
thorpie the sinner Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 went with reverse psychology last week and it worked!! so, Cardiff 3-0 victory!!! Just to make sure my reverse psychology works, I am now plumping for 4-o cardiff!!! On a serious note, we should look at the team spirit of doncaster, they proved anything is possible!!! COYR
Gingeletiss Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 Heart ........Saints 1-0 Head .........Cardiff 3-0
The Tango Man Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 Heart ........Saints 1-0 Head .........Cardiff 3-0 My thoughts as well...
SaintRobbie Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 Is the Preston result a flash in the pan, or can we pick up an unprecedented 6 points from two games and climb out the zone? IMO (and I started this season in such a positive frame of mind) it's the former. However a draw isn't out the question. 1-1. I want to go for a win. But I suspect a draw. It will not depend on what we do but how Cardiff approach the game. If they look at Preston's result and play for a draw it will be 1-1. If they play to win they will take all 3 points. So, tricky one this week. Depends on what Cardiff are playing for. Head: Draw 1-1 Heart: win 2-0.
Saint_Jonny Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 If the midfield and euell and saga start the way they did last week, then we WILL win this game. Anything less than that and we will go down with a whimper. COYR!! 3-1 to the saints.
Evil Monkey Posted 28 February, 2009 Posted 28 February, 2009 Money just gone on Cardiff. Prove me wrong Saints...please.
