Saint_clark Posted 24 February, 2009 Share Posted 24 February, 2009 Here is some of the things that I have done between 7am and 12, maybe it will give you some ideas.... 1) Take the dog for a walk in the forest or the beach, if you don't have a dog, borrow one. 2) Play a round of Golf 3) Decorate the house 4) If it is a matchday, Wetherspoons opens at 9, get yourself in there for a Brekkie and Stella 5) If it is a Saturday, make sure you are bathed and ready, then settle down with a couple of newspapers and Soccer AM. There is a couple of examples to get you going, if you need any more ideas then don't hesitate to contact me. Ah, golf. F*cking awesome on a sunday morning. JohnnyFartPants Posted 24 February, 2009 Share Posted 24 February, 2009 .... should be put down. How can anyone sleep in until lunch etc, or even worse, wake up and lie in bed watching TV? Is f*cking disgusting if you ask me. What time do you get up on your mornings off? Do you agree with me that students are c*nts, as well as people who fester in bed all day. I get up between 7am and 8am on my days off. For all of you that lay in until lunch time, it works out that during my lifetime, by getting up at 7 instead of 12 on the weekends, I will spend 4 years and 9 months more than you alive, awake, enjoying my superior life. My friday for example: - up at 6.50am - breakfast, bus to winchester - 4 hours of lesson/work/socialising - have lunch and get the bus home - home by 1pm. This means I feel it is my duty to sleep in as much as possible on weekends, and barely be awake by the time i would have finished my friday at college. JohnnyFartPants Posted 26 February, 2009 Share Posted 26 February, 2009 I can't sleep in very often. As soon as I wake up I tend to get up. I struggle to go back to sleep again and I am not one for lying in bed doing nothing. I can do nothing anywhere else, but just prefer to get out of bed and do it!! What I am shocked about is Stu doing school runs. I always assumed he was single and there would be debates about him having sex with varying sized women, now he seems to have done the kids and school thing in a blink of an eye. Saint_Jonny Posted 26 February, 2009 Share Posted 26 February, 2009 I was hanging on Sunday, way too much to drink. How did I cope with it? I went to the gym, thrashed the hell out of my body, followed by 30 minutes in the steam room to get rid of the last of the alcohol from my system. That was at 8am. By 9:30 I was fresh and ready to take on the day. Sorry mate but your mental anger at peoples sleeping habits and your inexplicable hatred of students makes you seem like a class A *****. Whjy the negativity against Students? What exactly is it you dislike about them (without any sweeping generalisations). So in your mind every student studies travel and tourism and stays in bed all day, oh right ok, I was a student for four years, and yes I did spend the odd morning in bed but by no means did I spend this whole time 'monging out', I worked hard, studies hard and now have a job which I could never get had I not gone to uni. Because on the whole, students are complete c*nts and I begrudge paying my taxes to fund their 3 year p!ss-ups. Now, there are University courses that are needed, ones which you have to do to get where you want, I have no problem with them, I have a problem with the 70% or so courses which are completely pointless and people do just for a doss. My missus is a nurse, she went to Uni ( not funded though, she still had to work and bring her daughter up ) , she had to go to Uni to be a nurse, so that would be an example of a Uni course which is warranted. Tony Blair f*cked up big time with his 'education for all' Oh, and let's not forget that another reason to hate students is their mongish behaviour round town on a Friday/Saturday night. Lastly, another example is replies like you, getting a chip on your shoulder because you somehow think you are better than people, simply because you went to Uni! Does that answer all your questions mongboy?
