I'm another ST holder who wouldn't have a problem with cheap ticket's to encourage fan's back. The only thing is for most stay away fan's it is the politics and lack of footballing passion and not their finances that have kept them away.

 

Also I always seem to notice an increase in wannabe yoof when cheap tickets are availble.

On 5 Live they said Bolton had charged £1 for OAPs and kids this weekend in the Premiership.

 

Why can't we?

Obviously a skilled marketing team/board would have found away of appeasing those st holders that moan - and running incentives to get people back through the gate.

 

Trouble is we dont have either - Luker is a dunderass and as for the board well, as I have said before, I am still trying to get over the .. we will close the corners.. as a way forward. The club are hiding behind the alledged season ticcket holder revolt as a way of keeping the price high - no other explanation.

 

It is late feb and if they had had any organisation or fore thought they would have already sorted out next seasons season tickets.

Think of the revenue bolton get from other non-gate sources. Alot more than CCC Saints, thats for sure.

But you get an extra £1 per person coming along you wouldnt have got anyway!
