Friday - Go out for mate's birthday

Saturday - Watch Preston beat us 3-1, house party/going out for my birthday

Sunday - Recover, write insurance article, go round 'rents for roast dinner

Could be either awsum or disappointing, going to be optimistic and predict a rare 8/10.

still laid up with enough painkillers to make me feel like pete doherty

so no golf and no alcohol

0/10

I know the feeling :-( But then I don't play golf anyway and don't care about alcohol. It's the deciding between feeling really sick or being in lots of pain that's annoying me. I'm going for balance of taking half the dose and feeling in a fair bit of pain but only slightly sick atm.

Tonight - nothing

Tomorrow - work in morning and afteroon, then round a mates in the evening to watch dvds

Sunday - friends visiting for shopping at gunwharf and i assume lunch
