Christ this all seems slightly ironic.

Spent most of yesturday in A&E after stretching for a ball i thought i would clear, in reality i probably did not need to as the (as usual) lightweight no bottle winger decided that if i was going to go for it he could not be bothered.

My studs got caught and knee twisted and then the agony set in. Mostly because of the mental trauma (it was same knee as i had the op) and and worry.

Luckily the doctor did all the specific tests and strongly believes it is not ligament damage (backed up with no swelling whatsoever) thank god !!

But still as i know does not mean it's not, waiting for an M.R.I now, deep joy, looks like i will be joining you for a while !!!!!

Update-

Well i got me a MRI!

Decent bloke who saw me, knew his stuff, reckons i have torn the cartilage and that will need keyhole to trim and tidy up etc and also he thinks i may have torn my ACL.

Should have the MRI booked for about 2 weeks time. Hythe hospital was a pleasure, in on time, free parking and a decent doctor who was-

a) English

b) Obviously a sportsman (cauliflower ear! lol)

So i await the results of the MRI and hope there isnt a tear in the ACL!
