lordswoodsaints Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 ....but now it is from 14 games instead of 15. we are currently averaging approx 0.9 points per game and we will have to achieve 1.4 points per game from now to survive imo, that is a half a point per game more than we have achieved so far. a very big ask imo and now virtually impossible with the current setup. something radical has to happen on the pitch and possibly off of it for us to survive.
Arizona Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 Under Wotte isn't it more like 0.5 points per game?
Leslie Charteris Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 Seven wins, where are they going to come from? Goals, who is going to score them? Even Charlton have scored more than we have, oh, and we've shipped 50 goals. The future is hardly rosy.
1976_Child Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 something radical has to happen on the pitch and possibly off of it for us to survive. just resign yourself. stop the heartache. we are down.
Micky Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 20 points - I reckon we will have amassed that total by half way into next season - no sweat.
Mole Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 Under Wotte isn't it more like 0.5 points per game? At least we've got exciting attacking total football.
um pahars Posted 14 February, 2009 Posted 14 February, 2009 I don't think we'll need as many as 20 points to stay up, but I'm not sure we'd even get the lowe amount needed to stay up. We're not out of it yet, but I accept it's looking a bigger ask as every game drifts by.
